This looks pretty good. Since i am not so advanced in Hair Modeling my question would be... what do i make with the actual normal map i got for the hair itself? so i replace it with this "Anisotropic" normal or should i kinda "merge both?

That will depend on the shader and software, if you're using Unity or Unreal most times the shader will need two different maps.
On Marmoset and for this style, I feel like the anisotropic normal is enough.
But you should be good merging both if your hair doesn't have too much detail.

Just a pronunciation note. You don't need to sound the 'e' at the end of 'noise'. More like 'noyz' :) Great tutorial! Thank you for sharing your technique.

      Thank you!
It's incredible how I didn't even notice it, but as soon as I read your "Noyz" example it clicked for me haha!
      :D
