Well, yes and no. I've put hard work into mods that I admit suck, I don't think the work is the issue. But I am bias because the mod is designed to fix the things I perceive as "issues" with future. If someone doesn't have issues with future, or if the issues they have are different from the ones I see, they won't see modern the same way.

Pug trick is to build wealth for 2t in cities which are producing worker in 3 but growing in 5, like Ta-Tu
