I read that this was different than meditation but it felt just like meditating while lying down. Maybe I meditate wrong. It was pleasant and restorative though.
Hi Christine! A lot of my meditations I teach thru transmission... Meaning I don't write them down they just come thru when I record. I can do my best to recreate one similar but hearing more about what you liked in this one to put in a sleep one would be helpful. How long of a sleep meditation do you like?
Hi Loren, I like the music, spaciousness en silence between the Words . You say , breathe your deepest breath you have done today, exhale and unfold, letting go. Feel the surface below. And maybe add something like,there is nothing left to do now, but relax the body and mind . with a sankalpa like: my body and mind rest,restore and balance while Isleep. Then a short rotation . And then you did the awareness on the entire body, imagening a coolblue moonlght surrounding the body, then letting the awarness of the body go, and continue the experience of the coolblue moon and the natural breath. Then let that experience drift away. Attention behind the forehead , simply being, restoring and balancing. Ha ha, that was the whole practice what I liked🤭 Except the moving and waking up part 😊 But Loren I trust that what ever you do, Will be perfect 🙏🏼 Thank you for the effort. I think that there will be more people welcoming a new sleep nidra ❤
This particular video? No. But the yoga nidra practice can significantly change how we experience stress including those in a marriage. I've seen significant improvement in mine since starting the practice ❤️
