- The Mahindra XUV700 and Volkswagen Polo make for an unlikely pairing, even less so on a drag strip. But very similar 0-100kph times and power-to-weight ratios meant there was a case to bring them together and boy, did they deliver on entertainment!

Whatever car comes, POLO is still the Hatchback Ruler in India🔥🔥and Mahindra is very very close with it's 1700kgs of weight.......XUV700🔥

guys XUV700 impressed me to the moon and back, for its size and for its tyres width its a commendable performance, first thing's first, i want to thank the indian auto makers like tata and mahindra for achieving standards that can beat up international car standards out there....
As wheel size is bigger, can't put all the torque to acceleration against small wheel one. And aerodynamics.Also I wonder how auto lost to manual. If polo is auto with torque converter it must be even faster. Petrol is a petrol is a petrol. High engine speed beat torque.
The result would be different if their was state of the art petrol engine in xuv700 🔥🔥🔥🔥

700 kilograms makes a huge difference and + the German engine is stronger in polo but i would pick Xuv because speed is not everything.
If both cars are fully loaded then the torque comes into action

The fact that the XUV700 is 700 kg heavier and was still only just behind the Polo makes it the real winner here.

XUV 700 Vs Hyundai tucson...its a similar BHP & Torque combo, would be an interesting Drag race.
Obviously this was not an apple to apple comparison. An apple was made to compare with a pineapple. It's a short drag race. So cars like polo, Punto Abarth, kicks has higher chance of winning against an suv. If this comparison happened like a straight road (more distance), quite easy to conclude that a powerful diesel car like XUV 700 will win hands down. This race was for fun; no doubt but the intention has to be clearly stated in the video. If not, everyone will not understand the full aspect.
