Not to bash your guys' product or anything (because I absolutely love the Dip Coat!!) but I've found that 303 Aerospace Protectant works extremely well and appears to give the dipped surface a longer lasting shine/glossy affect. I used Dip Coat for 2 or 3 months and it certainly did its job, but after using 303 on my car the past few months I couldn't be happier. No streaking, the color seems to pop a bit more and the dip retains it's "slick" feel longer. Maybe it's something that you guys might want to take a look at!

i'm considering dipping my balls. i assume i need to shave them first. after they have been shaved and dipped will the regrowing hair have any adverse effects on the long term adhesion of the product

Fonzie you should do a test video showing the dip coat on a hood or on the car and then spray or pour water on the part with dip coat and without and simulate a rainstorm and after the rainstorm how water rolls off kinda thing

hey!! so recently my car was scraped in the parking lot and i went to get an estimate but the price was very steep. Although im not paying for it, i dont think the person who did it should pay so much. Any ways i have a 350z and i dont want any thing fany just a dark blue.. how much would this cost? I would like to keep the stock kind of side skirts on 350 black. I live in North Dakota where we have down to -40 some degrees some winters, freezing rain that encases your car in a thick layer of ice. I do have a garage, but my room mate gets it when he's there (I got the bigger room in the apartment). Now I kinda wish I had the garage. All trying to get at is if putting Plasti dip on my car will be worth my time? I clean my car and take pride in a shiny perfectly clean car inside and out in the summer and basically any time of the year no snows falling. Curious if the cold weather could crack the Plasti dip if it got cold enough? If it would last with salt and sand mixed into snow on the roads, and all the ice that gets stuck on our cars in North Dakota. I dipped my rims flat black and think it looks great during the summer, but now that winters here it looks like it's 2 different colors, not blaming Plasti dip, just my first time applying dip and I don't know if I did it perfectly. Cleaned the rims surface meticulously, put cards around the rim and tire, and even got into the lug nut holes good.

Works great on my hyper dip car. I use both this dipcoat and 303 Aerospace Protectant, i prefer the 303 Aerospace Protectant but they both work great!

It grips better to primer but clear coat will make it unable to be peeled off. It can still be removed but it will chip off in small pieces.
