Several of these experiences were for child support, I even lost a truck driving job because after I had paid child support the records were falsely showing they were unpaid. Florida suspended my Class A CDL license several times and I was let go. One time I even had the receipt and showed it to a police officer. He said "sorry, my hands are tied". People with active warrants almost always tell LEOs they have the wrong person. Once they verified with fingerprints that she was NOT a match she should have been released immediately. So it sounds like she has a good lawsuit. Also it's common for criminals to jumble their names around on various IDs. So warrants aren't always name matches. She should have been fingerprinted at the jail and then released when she wasn't a match. Also Not matching the physical description is kinda a dead giveaway... She has a good lawsuit. The photo match on the warrant is a problem for her case. But still fingerprints should have cleared her.

  • @olliefoxx7165
    @olliefoxx7165 2 часа назад +13

    Wait a minute. WHAT triggered the search of her name?! She went on a cruise. WHY were they searching her background AFTER the cruise? What set this off? Are the cruise lines taking peoples money, getting people onboard and THEN doing background checks? This means cruise lines are collaborating with law enforcement but making sure they get that money first and reporting AFTER the cruise is over.

      I bet it was some kind of AI system that flagged her because her photo was on the warrant. It was probably facial recognition that notified police

    • @stacin821

      @marlenestewart7442 I'm pretty sure the last cruise I went on they used facial recognition while we were disembarking, but did they tell us that they were feeding that info to the police, I doubt it.
      Just wait until they start arresting people at self check outs or while walking through a mall. It's coming. They use facial recognition everywhere now.

      @marlenestewart7442 this is wild. My comment has been deleted twice because of a certain thing I am saying. Let's try again.. they used facial recognition on my last cruise while we were disembarking (and I think during port stops), but did they tell us that police would have access? I don't remember.
      This will become more & more common.

    This happen to a good friend of mine. Even his PD ignored the fact that he was not the guy they thought they arrested. They shared first names but the last name was his middle name. Birthdays were different too. None of this seemed to matter BUT Luckily he was black and the criminal was white. Which my friend had to discover on his own at arraignment. Even then they didn’t want to let him go. They kept asking you sure it’s not you.

    I saw this case somewhere previously. Clearly negligent on all of the officers parts for not speaking up after examining the warrant and finding conflicting data between the two subjects. Then allowing the arrest to go forward. Then, Typical government fox guarding the hen house, we investigate ourselves and find no wrongdoing. I guess they believe if they find no wrongdoing it absolves them of liability. The most dangerous part of this is, as you stated, this guy Peter is still out there making mistakes with impunity, and no fear of being held accountable. Sounds like Freemasonry at work behind the scenes to me. Hope she wins a large settlement for her trouble and even more for the lack of an apology. We know cops never admit they were wrong.
