Absolutely man. I'm working on the next video about our road trip right now. It's going to be a good one. Enjoy the rest of your time in Iraqi Kurdistan and see you somewhere else down the road.
JFK once paraphrased the Greek definition of happiness as “the full use of your powers along lines of excellence.” This is what comes to mind as I watch not only your videos but how you put them together, making it look easier than it actually is. You’re putting yourself out there and taking us along in the process and I’m really thankful that you do what you do. I think you meet the Greeks’ standard of excellence and happiness.
Well done Gabe, hope you enjoyed Erbil. 1- There is mini bus for transportation between Erbil to Sulaymaniyah, it was better if you ask the hotel or locals to find the bus station 2- You will find beers in modern side of Erbil not in the down town. 3- Yeah even locals here we have problem with Airport Taxi its too expensive, it's always better to find someone to pick up from airport. 4- The weather for locals is cold, thats why you didn't find a t-shirt :)

Almost all places, restaurants, etc. have signs and menus written in Arabic or both Arabic and Kurdish Edit: 4000 for meat dish. 3000 for liver dish (could be lamb or cow). 3000 for chicken dish. 3000 for mix kubba dish (minced meat in bulgur balls). 1000 for water bottles and 500 for mineral drinks.
Don't know about Hawler(erbil) but if you want to get a drink in Sulaymaniyah u should definetly either head to Cafe 11 or whisper (the locations of both of those bars are available on Google map)
Excellent Video Gabe, made your 21minute video into about 35minutes plus after Pop and I kept pausing to take it all in. Wow what a market. Thanks Cheers
Why cant you foreigners visiting Kurdistan start describing it as Kurdistan? Do you guys know how many people that have been martyred for that land you are walking on? Im kurdish and feel very offended every time i see a foreginer boasting of iraq. Please do a background check before you go somewhere. You are basically giving credit to the same people that commited genocide against us. Its disgusting.

Interesting. I can't believe how crowded the markets are and the city. So many things to see. I would feel so 'rushed' among that many people. It would be hard for shopping for me as I would be so busy trying to see everything,..I could spend days there in the market. Their prices on hotel and food seem quite reasonable. Great video 😉
