Her harmony in the chorus in the recorded version is so beautiful. Wish it was arranged the same way in the live version. Here she's singing the melody.

I just want to say that this video still remains a hundred times better than the leaked professional footage. Their voices here blend superbly, Victoria and Emma leading the choruses, Mel C is on point... just wow.
It made me soooo happy in this tour that ALL of Victoria’s solo lines had such a great audience reaction because I felt they slept on her the whole time Spice Girls was a group and then she finally got the recognition in this reunion tour.
I'm a metal head, but this performace is absolutely top-notch. The melodies, the spanish guitar, the voices, everything is flowing with melancholy (in a good way) that generates an stunning atmosphere of loss and hope. It's a no wonder that the Spice Girls are one of the most talented pop artist of all time.

Emma Bunton gave an interview recently and said that the first time they rehearsed the song on stage and Geri is lowered down all of the girls had tears in their eyes and when Geri came back they all did a HUGE group hug..Viva Forever! Girl Power!!
This song is so powerful. Everytime I hear this, I become very emotional and their voices sends shivers down my spine. The melody, the lyrics.. In this version, you can hear Victoria in the chorus and I love the part at 3:30 "Live forever". Victoria can sing. Gotta love her elegantly lower tone. However, Melanie C has the true talent. She's the most versatile and her voice is just so powerful and energetic. ❤

About late December 1994 they ultimately become the 'Spice Girls' - their very very first photo portrait (black & white) having that name is dated January 28th, 1995. After wich they still had to wait about 15 months before having their first public shots and TV appearances (April 1996). When the band 'bursted' worldwide in late June with the song 'Wannabe', they technically were the Spice Girls since one and half year. Greetings from Italy.
Man, this is really great! Although it kinda makes me sad that they changed the ending. In the studio version it's only Mel B singing in a very low voice and Mel C adlibing occasionally. That always gives me goosebumps when I hear it. A shame it's not in here :(
This is just a beautiful performance. When I saw the concert in London I was super emotional. These girls inspired me so much as a young gay teen, unsure of himself; little confidence and terrible anxiety. That might sound daft but it's true. PS Geri disappearing at the end is still so sad lol

I love how they were representing Geri's heritage with the Spanish music and dance 🇪🇸 I will forever love these women. They solidified my adult life. I grew up with them and will forever love them. Geri leaving the stage was so dang sad. Forever the best group to exist 💗💗

DON'T let it be said Victoria can't sing. Vicky killed it here! Her mic was up and she was finally singing loud enough in her register to be heard starting at 3:21. The clearest voice you hear singing "I'll be waiting" IS Victoria and the camera knows it and they pan to her and you see and hear that it IS her

This song was truly Victoria's. Also, Emma did great with her high part in the harmonies, though her voice was just a bit too loud sometimes. Mel B's raspy really low part could also be heard clearly. Geri's voice, however, wasn't loud enough here. To be honest, I thought that her alto-1 part in the chorus in the studio version made the song so much more interesting. 🙂

As an avid spice girls fan, I went through it all with them, knew every verse, down to every part for each girl. to the cloths, dolls, posters, and all the other collectables, But when I heard this song off their 2nd album, I knew right then and there, the ride was coming to an end.. it just had that feel of thank you,we love you, But life goes on..
