My interpretation is that the female who is "in love with the moon" is a werewolf, the singer has silver bullets, 13 is traditionally a witches number, and silver is said to burn werewovles. Monkshood is also known as "wolfsbane" and the word "-bane" is a suffix of a herb that causes aversion/harm in whatever the prefix is. Also Aconitum/Monkshood is one of the deadliest plants in the British Isles (actually all of Europe) and was used to poison wolves, hence the name. Rye was supposed to be a holy herb because monks ate it, they used to think that it would repel "satanic" creatures. So, from my pov, it's a love story about someone who thinks from the girl's agelessness, and strange behaviour, that she might be either a werewolf or a representation of the uncanny/the unknown, perhaps even just an unexpectedly aggressive female (witches and werewolves tended to be outspoken or unusual women because society didn't expect women to have opinions or emotions). But I don't actually know 😅 I'm just guessing based on folklore and my own imagination.
I love this! With all its mystique and artsiness :)
