This is the kind of contents that people don't really teach in dance classes, but I think it's very important for female dancers to wear comfy + beautiful + appropriate clothes when dancing, because it's a visual art and the things you wear is a part of the dance itself. Anyway, thank you for making such a high-quality and useful video, with lots of specific examples and detailed explanations! I learnt a lot, not only the 5 types of clothes but also many other helpful tips for dressing in general. Thanks so much and please keep up your wonderful videos!!!

I have a couple of fancy jumpsuits that fit really well. I tried out different things but i feel more comfortable because they cover more than dresses. they have wide pants so it gives a nice flow without getting in the way. I also like other outfits with wide high waisted pants and a nice fitted top.
I would have loved to have you actually wear the clothes that you show. It could have helped with undestanding your points better :) (and maybe a tip where to buy 'em)
Hi Rasa! I love all your advices! What kind of bras do you wear so they are not revealed when wearing those dresses? Do you wear no straps bras at all? They tend to drop when I’m in motion :(
Hi Rasa, your video is very very helpful for me. There is one more thing that I am struggling with is my sweats is constantly showing through my under arm clothes that I wearing. Feel horrible myself 🥵. Is there any tips for me to fix it so that I will be more comfortable while dancing. Thank you again for your sharing❤
The sweat from under arms shows to us all, its all in the fabrick of the clothes, you need to wear no sleeves clothes or such that would not show marks, maybe dark colours like black or gray. Or even white sometimes. We all have the same issue, its just picking the right materials 😉❤
Also, just a suggestion. Could you do another top 5 tips for being a better follow?.specifically when it comes to tension in hands and arms in the partner work. That has been a struggle point for me. Keep up the Great work☺
Actually, a lot of the jumpsuits online have bigger sizes. They also stretch and suit plus ladies 😊. You just gave me an idea. I will contact some of the brands and see if I can make a video on showing you best options for plus size 🤗
i'm not a big fan of dancing in dresses. I love to wear jumpsuits tho! Not only the fitness jumpsuits, but also some fashionable jumpsuits. I don't have to worry if it creeps up like with a (short) dress. Also I'm not so comfortable with showing off my belly, so I love to wear a high waisted legging/pants and a body underneath. I prefer a body instead of a top, because again, a body doesn't creep up and stays in place while dancing. :)
Is it really a problem when the dress comes up, but u are wearing shorts? When it is really hot, i almost faint, i hate heat, also have allergies...so i try to wear the most breathable materials. 🙈 Also...i wore pants for like 2 years... And i got to actually hate them.

You know there are some leggings that are just under the knee...those actually could work for you as normal leggings 😉 besides that ill do my research 💕
The dresses that keep falling you should just not wear. Underwear always make sure you wear matching mini shorts under every dress so if it comes up it would not matter so you can relax more 🤗

I wear nipple covers, or sports bras that have deep cuts in the back. These days there are loads of bras that has nacket backs.
Please recommend me a brand of leggings with a very high waist. I am curvy size 16
Try @oysteractive , very good brand super high waist. Also some @calzedonia are not that bad as well , but you have to be picky.

i'm not a big fan of dancing in dresses. I love to wear jumpsuits tho! Not only the fitness jumpsuits, but also some fashionable jumpsuits. I don't have to worry if it creeps up like with a (short) dress.
