What a great list! Thanks for reminding me to actually read vol two of The Ghost and the Lady. Really enjoyed the first volume. Run Away Girl was the first Yuri I enjoyed. I am not big in the high school come to find out. Inside Mari is definitely my favorite by him! I just loved it so much. I guess I can see why people don’t get it but coming from someone who is /was struggling with their gender it makes so much sense. Soooo jealous of Heart Of Thomas. I am so hopeful we get a reprint. It would sell for sure. Added Rivers Edge, Mothers, & Talk to my back to my list ❤ all sound so great!!!! Great video friend!
I'm glad you liked "Cross Game" so much. It's one of my all-time favorites. I hope they localize "Touch" someday. The first 10 volumes are the best manga volumes ever written.
Yeah I've heard great things about Touch. I have the 2 Short Program volumes they released in English and they are great and I know Denpa is releasing Short Game later this year but most of the stuff that's he well known for hasn't been localized which is disappointing.
You have some of my favorite series on this list including Inside Mari, Girls’ Last Tour, and Beastars. Mothers is on my tbr, and I’m planning on reading Cross Game on the Viz app at some point, hopefully this year. Great picks!
I read some great stuff this year for sure! A lot of big surprises also since I did not expect going in that I was going to love Beastars or Cross Game this much.

cross game is also one of my top manga. the thing that happens in volume one hit me like a truck, such a surprisingly profound story
