Linda Ronstadt co-wrote (with Eric Kaz and Zbigniew Preisner) and recorded Winter Light for the 1993 film "The Secret Garden" (directed by Agnieszka Holland).
I never heard her sing this one. She is at the top of her range on this one I think. I've been a fan of Linda for a long time. In fact, we were both born in 1946 about 1 month apart ... she is the youngest :) Too bad about her Parkinson's
