Paul Anka signed over the 'rights' to this song to Buddy's widow in 1959. Good guy!

Known to be the best singer of her time. Even today I not only hear a great singer. Beyond that I hear a emotions that gives me Goss bumps today. There's no other singer today that, in my view that can do that today. God bless you Linda Ronstadt.

I agree! Eva was a fine singer,I especially liked her recording of Fields of Gold, having lived many years in a farming area of the US with beautiful farms and peaceful towns. Sadly, Eva met a tragic end and I grieve that the world has lost such a lovely soul. I’m 86 y/o and till enjoying listening to her recordings. ❤️🎶 🎶❤️grandma
