  • 8 awesome calisthenics exercises, that will help you improve your upper body strength specially for achieving handstand.
    These exercises will show you how to condition your muscles and body for HS
    Try working each exercise a maximum of 4 sets by 10 to 20 Reps.

    Big fan. Glad you mentioned ur issue with full extension of your arms. Mine don’t fully extend from years of grappling, but I try not to let that discourage my handstand training.

    What I See is exercices for people who can already handstand. But when a vidéo for people who can not handstand at all ?
