Ed joined GM in 1960 as an Engineer and ran Buick from 1986 until his retirement in 1994. Buick distributed these tapes to the broad Dealer base once every 4-to-6 weeks. In this tape #24 from Christmas 1990, Ed shares the three main challenges facing Buick: Selling Cars, Satisfying Customers & Being Market Driven.
