Planet Earth II - Main Theme (Piano Version)
Piano Version by Patrik Pietschmann
Since the soundtrack of "Planet Earth II" was often requested and I personally like the main theme, I created this piano arrangement based on the track "Planet Earth II Suite" by Hans Zimmer. As far as I know, the rest of the soundtrack was composed by Jacob Shea and Jasha Klebe.
Any suggestions for future arrangements? Please leave them in the comments.

I've watched this video so many times over the past 2 years. It's never failed to bring a tear to me my eye and chill down my spine. When I listen with my eyes closed I can see the visualized piano notes in perfect synchrony. One of Hanz's greatest pieces and an Amazing recreation by yourself. Thank you for this video.

This piece was a huge inspiration for me and led to me saying yes when someone asked for music for a documentary. Hans Zimmer inspired me so so much. And this version is just on point. Beautiful.

I've thought about this song alot during this Covid 19 pandemic, I'm glad the earth can at least take a break.
I love how the OST shows exactly how magnificent and unbelievable our Planet is. So much despair and so much happiness and wonder. This brings me joy I can't describe and gives me hope to overcome all the obstacles, just like Earth does. And to never give up. Thank you so much.

You should try and do a cover of “Across the Stars” by John Williams. I know doing mainstream pieces like this aren’t always the most fun to play but I honestly think that you can do an amazing job writing it in your own way. Good luck with your next endeavors whatever you choose though :)

In my whole-hearted honest opinion, I love this twice as much to the Interstellar mix. Planet Earth II was Hans' best work, in my opinion.

ikr, and honestly mcu soundtracks don't sound great on the piano, dceu music does and that is something dc is better at than marvel, producing better soundtracks
