What does the (SL) stand for i.e. SL2 & SL3 Comrade

SL stands for Savroposto Luxo

Why does the SL3 have a signature of the engraver when they are laser engraved?

Because the SL3 engraving is hand finished so it is signed by the engraver that has finished the gun, but the majority of the engraving is laser engraved by a 5-axis engraving machine

They should have resurrected the BL monicker for a Box Lock instead. SL should be a side lock. 😂
