This is one of the best hair bleacher i have ever ever.... i bleached my extra damaged hair which im prepared to get more breakage but it doesnt cause any damage i was so shocked...
@@mariannab927from my experience and research, I always wash my hair a day before bleaching with clarifying shampoo. It always make such a big difference. It lifts much faster what it means also less damage to your hair.
haha yeah, I thought I'd give it a shot since purple shampoo works so well. I wouldn't recommend the BlondeMe tonners, to be honest, haha but the bleach is good!
Thanks for the video I wish you could’ve shown how to do the back roots. At the back of the head. Because I can never get to them properly. I was wondering what your tricks were.
@@joanarohde6889 thank you so much, but I’ve decided to go get it done professionally and I do highlights because totally bleaching the whole head is so much maintenance and so expensive. But it was fun while I did it! I love coloring my own hair, but it does become really bad in the back and I’ve got one of those mirrors, but my mind can’t handle it because I’m always moving up when should be moving down because it’s reflected in a mirror. I just gave up.
@@jenvaher Yes, the best thing is when you have a friend/partner who is motivated (and talented enough xD) to help with the back of your head. I agree that hair maintainance especially if you need to use highly aggressive bleach can be stressfull and there is already enough stress in all of our lives, right? Also your hair probably looks a bit fuller caus full bleach creates at least a bit breakage.
Don’t use 30 with blonde me unless your hair is VERY dark. The powder is strong, so if your hair isn’t as dark it is designed to use with 7 vol developer. Mid-dark works great with 20 vol. very very dark only would use 30. Be very very careful. Most people will never need 30 vol with blondme
Well I'm not sure if you watched the before part but my hair colour is a very dark brown (basically black) 😅 my hairdresser uses 20&30 on my hair and it works perfectly 🙂 I'd definitely suggest going for a 20 for most people as I said in the video!
@@dashakartist4954 it really depends what products you're using. As I said I'd suggest using 20 vol for this for most people but 30 was fine with my hair and it lifted pretty quick. My hairdresser uses 30 for some of my hair
My hair is really short right now so I am using cream bleach washes with olaplex which is bleach bath that I do to safely bleach my hair until it gets longer then I'm going to start using blonde me to make it way easier 😎 I'm shocked I still have hair after 6 months of bleach but bleach washing is safest for me at this time
The bleach? I actually still have it sitting at home but I'm back to my hairdresser now! But everyone hair grows at different rates, mine is a slow grow luckily so my roots last a while 🙂
@siruchan ah sorry I understand now. I left it for about 40 mins I think. Depends on how fast your hair lifts, they give a suggested time on the bleach box 😊
No I didn't have really any breakage at all. Breakage usually happens when you overlap or leave it on too long tho! What developer did you use? To be fair I've only used this bleach once and my hair is in very good condition already! Deffo try do a few olaplex treatments if your hair is feeling fragile! If I have to do mine myself again I'll deffo do an olaplex treatment straight after.
This is not the regular bleacher! It's very strong and has already step 1 in the powder. Everyone should know that before using!!! Use the lowest developer 7 (2%) with this powder. 30% is too much even for the darkest hair for this product. The pros saying it lifts the same even with the less %developer, but longer time but less damage. This powder supposed to be the strongest.
@@dashakartist4954 thanks for your content comment but a 20 developer is fine with this powder. The lift with a 2% developer with this would take way to long and I do not want to damage my hair by leaving bleach in it for so long. More time with bleach on your hair and a lower developer is not necessarily better
Hey! I explained in the video, but basically your 'hot roots' (roots the first half inch from your head) will bleach much quicker than the longer roots. So I put it in the longer parts of the roots then go back in and do the 'hot roots' so they bleach to the same level and it all comes out the same colour. otherwise my roots would look whiter. Hope that make sence! 🙂
Amongst the DYI hair videos you have the best concept for application and sectioning. I would suggest NOT smooshing down the hair with the plastic wrap as it will cause the bleach to expand and overlap. 30 volume is not recommended for on scalp application and you did use the Blondme highlift color which isn't a toner... it can cause additional damage. The color though is lovely. Good job!
Awh thanks! 30 developer is fine on my scalp, my hair dressers uses it on some of my hair (20 developer at the start and then 30 the last sections so they all develop at the same speed). I think smooshed the plastic down to much and would definitely used a plastic shower cap or something loose instead! Also, yeah I wouldn't use the blondme highlift again, I tried it out as most people seem to use it to tone.
Awh thank you!Oh yeah deffo! I don't bleach my own hair very often, this was just do to lockdown 🙂 I prefer to go to my hairdresser personally as I'm lazy 😂 and she's amazing!
Thank you I was confused what to buy from schwarzkopf, especially how to mix the toner, so I am exciting to watch!
Oh so glad I could help! Let me know how you get on with it!! :)
You have great control with your sections! Good job!
Sorry only saw your comment now! Thanks so much! I had to try hard to get tit right but worked out well! :)

Do I have to wash out product build up day before I bleach?

There is something called "360 degree mirror" it really helps to dye/bleach the Back of your head :)

After the bleach hair colour looks better than toner hair colour
I’ll feel you my secret put purple toner on dry hair for 30min it I’ll ill b purple
Yeah I do this with purple shampoo 🤣
How many minutes did you wait??

do you know how long total you kept it on for?

The color looks good and even, but maybe needs a warmer toner to compliment her skin tone a bit better.
haha thanks, white & silver blonde actually look very good with my skin tone, maybe it doesn't show in the video but it works well with my skin tone
