If ur ever gonna fall backwards try to avoid hit your back and head to stop the fall it might hurt but you have to smack your arms of the floor right before you fall and make you dont use your elbow or you will break your elbow so use almost all your arm tuck your chin to your chest right before you fall slam!!! On the ground and you will get up perfectly fine with sore hands but better then getting brain damage or a concussion or even back problems!

funfact, ich bin mal aus dem stand unnötig nach vorn gefallen, hab mich abstützen wollen, jedoch ist meine hand nach oben gerutscht auf dem eis und hat mir meine schulter nach unten ausgekugelt und das schulterband gerissen. hab seit 2 jahren immer wieder probleme. mein ellenbogen wär mir lieber gewesen haha
