As a Brit living in Canada, this a pretty nice house but can't touch homes in North America. The family room off the kitchen is lacking as I didn't see a TV and there's only one couch. England definitely stepping it's game up. Great channel
It is uncommon for ths UK to have a TV or even place for the TV inside the family room or near the kitchen.
Often they to have a separated lounge or living space
@@paxundpeace9970 I haven't lived in England for years but most of the new homes I've seen have a TV in the family room.
But ours aren’t made of flimsy wood and all plasterboard. Bricks any day.
@@phoenix-xu9xj wrong. Respect your preference but our wooden houses are not flimsy and are built to withstand cold temperatures that my house in England couldn't. Both types are great and have advantages.. Oh. The reason why we build wooden houses here is that we have forests that are larger than the United Kingdom. UK builds brick houses because they don't have access to that amount of lumber.
I would love that house. Very, very nice. .
UK in US here. Very nice. Looks like England finally getting its act together
The house looks great
Tamworth is a very wealthy/expensive part of the country which explains the hefty price tag even for the midlands.
This is lovely
Nice house
Karl I see you're in my neck of the woods. Have you visited Tamworth Castle yet or the church that dates back to the 14th century Saint Editha's?
how much did you charge?
Nice house but lounge is a bit pokey for the massive price tag. That outside is a heat pump that's what the UK government are expecting us all to have in time, cheers H😘
Yeah
There a kitchen living and formal lounge....its a very good size . My 2 bed apartment in London is 400k . This house is huge compared to mine !!!
@@juliecobbina2024 London prices this cost several millions
@@InternationalKarl people from the north laugh at my poky little two bed but I laugh when I know I'm sitting on a lovely pension pot for my future !!!
That outside is a heatpump. Pretty common in northen europe. To bad they still put war radiators in. Air2water (or earth to water) floor heating is just so uch superior. Especially at that price tag.
The downstairs is unbalance, there's too much space taken up by the kitchen diner and not enough emphasis on the living area.
Closet = cupboard or wardrobe.
That balcony is an accident waiting to happen if you had kids !!! Or in my case ......sleep walking 😬
also i would have made that space for an ensuite bathroom.
Its called a Juliet balcony.
No an internal balcony is called a mezzanine. An external is called a juliette.
Heat pump. I don’t understand why you don’t get more subscribers?
I’m not that entertaining that’s probably why lol. Who knows
£240k for a one bedroom apartment down my way.
