Love the house but the double height space is far too small to be a wow factor, in my opinion. I personally would prefer to have it as a little snug area, with a comfy chair or extra storage.
A kitchen sink that was integrated into the work surface in the same material would make it look 100% classier. Otherwise a good layout, and size of rooms. ☑️
Lovely home. I am curious. Home tours always have radiators and heated towel racks. What happens over the summer. I never see AC units. How does it work in the UK?

There are no summers in Uk..i think so😂...There is normal weather or raing and cold
