180g Spaghetti Noodles, al dente
(cook in 1.2 liters of Water with 1 tbsp. of Salt)
1 can 555 Spicy Spanish Style Sardines, drain & reserve oil
3 tbsp Sardines Oil
3 tbsp Butter or Olive Oil
4 cloves Gralic, chopped
2 med. Tomatoes, diced
3 pcs Black Olives, sliced (optional)
4 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped & extra for Toppings
1/4 cup Pasta water
40-50g Parmesan Cheese
