    Great EQ tip, my fave - Claw a parameter controller on a plug in, select enable automation, then control command to open on edit screen.

    Thank you! I needed the Scrolling short cut because I have a pc mouse and I was used to a Mac mouse scrolling. Thanks a lot. This shortcut makes me more happy :)

    Quick question: PT10HD. When launching PT creating a new session or opening an existing session, my edit window and mixer window both show the track listings and group settings automatically. Is there a way to default PT with those windows being closed like it normally was? I hate seeing those windows every time I launch PT.

    genuine question, why do so many people use mac's for this when you can get a far more powerful PC for less money that also uses pro tools? It seems like all of the tutorials are for mac and the shortcuts are not the same buttons. I'm not shaming mac users, I'm curious why it's used.

    • @JamesRussell.
      @JamesRussell. 4 года назад

      Because of the mac architecture and OS set up it is better for music even though you get a more powerful PC for the same price the fact that it is less prone to viruses because it has no registers and the fact the audio and midi protocols work with most 3rd party hardware is one fo the biggest draw cards try using them side by side and you'll see why..
