Talk about a success story. She's a high school drop out but could give the commencement speech at a graduation better than anyone who's taken a public speaking class. She's so genuine and I wish there were more people like her in the world. She keeps it real

She was severly bullied and instead of getting help they made her leave school.

Sharon Needles Is the best
That's it. I lost it at the first mention of the cat. Literally ugly crying! There is no truer love than that of an animal and her beautiful Cerrone loved her just as much as she loved him. I love that she called it a love affair because animals can really share tangible love and affection with us. They can make us happy and calm our nerves. They are truly little blessing walking on four legs. I'm so glad Sharon shared this story.

Sharon is more than just a drag superstar, she is an original, a rare artifact that only comes around every couple of years. Inspirational from the moment that she walked through those doors of RuPaul drag race and has continued to push the boundaries while laughing about it all. Her public persona is portraying that she's a dead glamazon but she is the heartbeat to many of us.

Sharon is such an intellectual queen, and so endearing. I think her win on season 4 was well deserved and yes, Sharon did change the way drag is perceived. A wonderful queen. I would so love to see her on one of her tours, but im too broke so its unlikely. Sad to say. I'll likely die before i get the chance.

ya but the problem is, she likely wont ever come to a city near me. Perhaps the closest would be Toronto which would mean Id need a hotel room and tickets and gas money. So unlikely that I will ever go. But ty for letting me know.
She's so unbelievably gorgeous, poised, graceful, and witty. I love her and I'm so proud of her.
I have to say, I kinda went off her after drag race. I was rooting for her the whole time and thought after she won she just became a bit of a nightmare with addictions and surgery. I randomly clicked this and I'm amazed. She's so calm and such a great speaker. She has an amazing story. The whole thing could have been an awkward shambles but it turned into a beautiful 35 minutes. You can tell a lot of them have no idea who she is but sharon manages to draw everyone in. I love her. What a queen.
I was impressed that every time she went on a tangent/ joked with the audience/took a sip that she was able to pick up exactly where she left off without skipping a beat... I can't even do that sober!
I would love to read Sharon's autobiography... Please write a autobiography Sharon!
She is mesmerising. So eloquent, intelligent and entertaining. She was always my favourite from RPDR, but now she is one of my favourite people in the world.

My 20 year old cat died last month (we got her when she was 8 months old). It's so hard to say goodbye to a creature you would protect with your life.
20 years is a lot for a cat. and hope he felt minimum pain

It would be an honor to see her in person one day and get to chat with her. Just watching her through a computer screen is certain to make a lasting impression on anyone. She loves to talk but she doesn't talk bullshit; this truly was inspirational and I think she may even have surprised herself on just how much she knows about taking risks.
Sharon is like Bianca del Rio (don't hate me, lemme explain) because they show to the ppl a cold,heartless... a really bitchy person but they r so sweet and warm ♡♡.

She embodies class, humour, humility and talent.... shes remarkable and one of my loves. "I loved me, it was just everyone else that had an issue"..."oh wow, a table! Can i have this chair?"...a free speaking engagement and not one effort put into making her comfortable, yet no mention of it after she sits down. This person gets so much flack,...i truly hope she realizes the heart she gets as well. I. LOVE. HER.

Thank you for this upload, this made me love her even more. I don't get why people could hate her. Is it because she is honest about what she thinks or feels? The cat part made me cry by the way. I have the exact same bond with my cat and I'm so grateful of it everyday. My cat helped me out of a huge depression which almost ended my life, so I had her name (Coco) tattoed on my wrist. Anyhow.. Sharon is my hero ♡
Shes so amazing. I'd love to hear her stories and adventures. She does have that it factor. Alot like Marilyn Manson, So edgy and you don't quite understand but you want to.. But when you sit down and have a talk with her.. shes so charming and poised and filled with humor and intelligence. GOD I LOVE HER!!!!! The most beauty black soul of the land.. and the most gorgeous jewel of them all.
