@@WereSquatchThe staff is made up of all legit X-Men fans who are all in their late 20's and mid 30's. From the writers, directors, storyboarders, artists, and animators. That's the difference between this and other X-Men projects, especially the crappy movies.

@@adreday10thats pretty much exactly it, apparently whatever he was doing with that only fans account he had was cause to get him fired, there was also other things going on with stuff he was trying to change for the show I hear. All I know is that it wasn’t the quality of the show that got him fired
they are spoiling us, I can never go back to Fox's X-Men after this show

Yeah, it's pretty crazy. I was mindblown when I saw this scene. The animation for the arcade sequences is amazing.
They need a good remake or sequal like they did to Shredder's Revenge!

I mean, there's a bunch already out there. Get SNES and Sega Genesis emulators, find the ROMS and you will find a bunch of X-Men, Avengers, and even some collabs with TMNT & X-Men and others, if I remember correctly.
And never forget Marvel Vs Capcom and X-Men Vs Street Fighter.
But none are of Jubilee. It would be cool if a fan made a fan made remix of some of those old games starring Jubilee.

Yo, I love how much this pays homage to the 90s X-men games. I really hope this episode they introduce Arcade or reintroduce Mojo in the show, he was always one of the funniest and entertaining villains from the show.
If you look super closely on 0:03 You'll see someone with familia yellow skin in the lower middle ;)
@@chayadol Oh yeah your right looks like Mojo will be making a comeback in the show and I cant wait. Mojo has always been one of my favourite X-men villains and he was great in the original 1992 show and his voice actor gave so much bombastic, deranged personality to the character.

That game was a social experiment in itself. I think 5 people could play together on one unit, which was super novel for the time.
It was 6 people, but yeah, I can't remember any other beat em up that offered that back then. I have very fond memories of playing that in the arcades as a kid.

They were lucky and hired the right creative directors for the show and gave them freedom to do what ever they want. That's probably because they're out of options and anything is on the table.

That stage map reminds me of MVC3/UMVC3 Days of Future Past. The posters of certain X-men characters and some capcom characters either slain or apprehended. It’s a nice Easter egg to me 0:16
