    ohne Provision usually just means that it's a "Zwangsversteigerung", if you scroll down and actual read you'll usually see it but they never mention it directly. And in this case it's not only not the real price, you are also not allowed to make a "Besichtigung".

    For an exact same size flat in London I was paying 1150 pounds a month. But even here in Spain you wouldn't be able to get an apartment for 400 in Madrid (I think it's comparable city to Munich). The prices are good in Munich! Not sure why everyone says it's "super expensive". When a senior engineer earns 75k or more.

    • @fernandotabora
      @fernandotabora  7 месяцев назад +1

      It's mainly for people that's starting out and are students. For people that are working and earning 3k a month is fine. But still not a lot of people get 3k a month

    • @SlavaBagmut
      @SlavaBagmut Месяц назад

      It's 75k BEFORE tax, when you account for taxes it's much lower. Also good luck finding anything less than 1k per month in Munich, anything less usually it is just WG - which means only room, not an entire apartment or not in nice location - you'd have to commute on several trains to work

    • @fernandotabora
      @fernandotabora  Месяц назад

      @SlavaBagmut my new apartment is 750 warm. It all depends

    • @trut52
      @trut52 Месяц назад

      @@SlavaBagmut Sure but in Madrid or Barcelona the rent is also 1k minimum, in the center and earnings are 30-40k even for IT. If you are very lucky you can earn 50k. Germany is not expensive at all, expensive is Spain and France (Paris is on a different galaxy).
