3:31:05 THE SEQUENCE OF THE CHARACTERS I- Like it almost presents a narrative truth that they were only seeing a facet of peace, of enlightenment. It was not the devotee's god, not the warrior's duty, and heck, not even the bards' beauty. It's their UNITY. LIKE UGHHHHHH. I love it.
A small explanation of the Alchemists' numeral system. It is an example of a Cistercian numeric system, where one character can be used to show a number between 1 and 9999(or in this case, 0 to 9999). Each of the single translated digits shown in the journal each correspond to 0000 (0), 0001 (1), 0002(2), 0003(3), etc, up to 9. I will use the code found in the hat at 2:09:42 as an example, which shows the number 5039. The natural numbers(numbers below 10) are shown on the bottom right character, and have standard orientation. In this case, 9. The tens digits have their glyph mirrored, appearing on the bottom left instead of the bottom right. In this case, 3. The hundreds digits have their glyph upside down, appearing on the top right. In this case, there isn't a glyph, so it's 0. The thousands digits are both mirrored AND upside down, appearing on the top left. In this case, a 5. This is also applied to the weights seen in 2:31:18, where, if you read everything above, it should make a lot more sense now. There are two 500 weights, two 100 weights, a 200 weight on the bottom shelf... ...and several 1 weights, a 5 weight, and four 10 weights on the top! After you get the hang of it, it'll be very easy to understand, and you'll be quite impressed at how these scientists worked.
I wish the game had an option where, after completing the game, if you make a new game slot file, you can play with the full translation mode of all the languages. Mainly because I want to see/read all of the dialogues and conversations that happen.
Thank you so much. This is such an awesome game. But I did get stuck on weighting the formula. Plus, had I not seen your video, I would have stopped at the false end. You did a great job showing all the level changes as you went. Thanks again. 😊

Thanks! I was stuck in a few places and am trying to 100%. Looks like I have to replay to get some unreachable stuff in the exile segment. Great work! Note for others that this playthrough does not include 3 of the achievements, being Rascal, Fashion Victim, and I Did It
Unless you listen the guy at the small screen saying "do not come to the tower, you will kill us" or something similar and you up only when all links where connected -which is very unlikely-, you can have all achievements without a replay.

On my playthrough during the section at 1:57:13 I really didn't know what I was doing; I tried walking in random direction and kept getting thrown out. You can learn how the alchemist numerical system works with the instrument found in laboratory 2. Basically the upper left area of the vertical bar matches with the thousands digit, upper right is the hundreds digit, bottom left is the tens digit and bottom right is the ones digit. Once you know that, you can deduce the value of each weight. For example the smallest weight is equal to 1 and the biggest one to 500. Then it is just a matter of adding the values of each weight to reach the numbers needed for each material. Like you, I was stuck for a while on this puzzle, I had the numbers but didn't know how to convert it with the weights, once I understood I felt a bit dumb 😅
I don't get it either 😒 I just can't figure it out, I tried adding the numbers up but that doesn't seem to work and I don't know how you know whether to use the top or bottom weights. I ended up just copying what he did as I have no idea. Hopefully someone can explain it.

Tried getting a little further because I genuinely want to like this game. Was able to finish the second section after a couple hints. Now, at the start of the third section 1:26:26 how do you just automatically know the meaning of those symbols? I’ve gone back and forth through all the dialogue multiple times, and I truly don’t understand how you just automatically know that.
Greetings are at the beginning of a conversation. It’s obvious that the dots are a sign for the tips of a sentence since they bookend it. The third one means bard since they say things like I am __
So, here is the reason why everyobe was shocked at the end and decided to comunicate at the end. The Devotees got their mission: finding god. God, or in this case the glyph is here to be a substitute for real god. This shows, god is higher. Although they failed their mission, they know how to end this. Know everyone while they are there. The Warriors, now understand not everyone is a monster, like the Devotees! As they know that the Bards are safe, their "duty" is done. The Bards, learned royalty is not priority. All Bards can stay in peace, and the upper area isn't filled with monsters, it's filled with brothers! AKA the Alchemests. The Alchemests still have a mission, turn one thing into another. The pentogram shows one object can make more than one thing. This dosen't mean that this is the end though. We will have to wait and see... And the Anchorites... EXILE HAS BEEN EXILED OF COURSE THEY'RE HAPPY THEY WERE CAPTURED AND SAID "WERE SAFE" YOU CALL THAT SAFE?!?!?!
I can only assume this is a 2nd playthrough because even 4 pages in, it's almost impossible to guess the glyphs without some sort of prompt. God knows how he's doing it 10 pages in without.
The ONLY reason im watching this video is because I keep completing zones with all symbols and I know their meaning correctly BUT I MISSED THE CHECK THAT ACTUALLY VERIFIES THEM I hate this
I got all the glyphs and unlocked purple doors by myself but talking at phone/ teleport are really difficult to me (guess what to reply and remember the language structure is not easy). I didn't watch your video yet but I guess I will if I can't progress anymore. edit: I just understood that I just had to translate what they said, so it's easy and I don't think I will need your video
Ive finished the whole language of alchemists, was building the puzzle made of gold, and tried opening the gate a few times, it doesn’t work, i doubt i’ve missed anything on the way, i’m not sure what to do
Got every word for language one (devotee language) verified except for preacher, dead/death, and plants. Even tho I know what they mean, I didn't get the page to verify those words.
I presume you u locked the page by going to the back or the church/temple. I was stuck on a couple of words and mixed up pot and jug somehow on my notebook but switched a couple around on the page and it popped. Try swapping if there’s only 3 left, there’s only so many combinations of 3.
Starting at 39:01, how do you know how to position all the statues? I had long figured out that there was a puzzle there, but I don’t understand where the solution comes from.
@@antonip1114That’s just another cryptic puzzle. I still don’t get it. How does what you learn in the church tell you what direction the statues are supposed to face?
@@KaiLucasZachary you learn that from 35:00 on this video. there is four positions like "the men looks at devotee", etc. you remember who looks where and turn the statues respectively
At 44:15, how are you linking all the symbols together without already knowing the answer? How do they go together? Maybe I’m just not smart enough for this game….
At 43:55 the shield contains the translation from the devotees' language. The tricky glyph is the plural as devotees say it by duplicating the word. E.g. for warriors they say "warrior warrior" instead of "plural warrior".
Can anyone explain how to you get the key here 2:10:39 i don't get it it's supposed to be a 100% guide how is he leaving the level without finding this key. Maybe he'll come back later ? I don't know i don't want to get spoiled by watching the next levels
@@kabracclock2407 the numbers go Top Left: Thousands, Top Right: Hundreds, Bottom Left: Tens, Bottom Right: Ones. So for the first one, for instance, its 1405 gold
This was on the mural, which has changed from depicting "The warriors push back the impure" to "The impure play music". Interestingly, each of the sentences in the true ending have to do with what each culture "needs" to become whole and to become friendly with the others
My first impression was that everyone found that what they valued the most was connected to what the other peoples valued, but the last symbol breaks the pattern. God - what Devotees value *turns into* Duty - what Warriors value *turns into* Beauty - what Bards value *turns into* Transformation - what Alchemists value *turns into* ... Exile? That's what we wanted to get rid of!

All I have is a laptop, so I’m not able to press the center mouse button for hints since I don’t have a mouse, and there’s no way to rebind keys in this game. I’m disappointed in both myself and the game that I’m completely at a loss for how to progress in the second section without just literally cheating, but that takes all the fun out of a puzzle game. So I guess, for now, I have to just accept the wasted money and forget about it, even though I genuinely was enjoying the premise and theme.

@KaiLucasZachary you don't. This is a walkthrough where the player already knows everything. In every section of this game you cant understand every word shortly after its introduced. You have to visit some other places first and figure things out out of order. That's how good puzzle games work. What does this have to do with the middle mouse button?

The Alchemests still have a mission, turn one thing into another. The pentogram shows one object can make more than one thing. This dosen't mean that this is the end though. We will have to wait and see...
And the Anchorites... EXILE HAS BEEN EXILED OF COURSE THEY'RE HAPPY THEY WERE CAPTURED AND SAID "WERE SAFE" YOU CALL THAT SAFE?!?!?!
You know there’s an option where you can guess the meanings of the words before putting them in the book, right?
I can only assume this is a 2nd playthrough because even 4 pages in, it's almost impossible to guess the glyphs without some sort of prompt. God knows how he's doing it 10 pages in without.
We did it boys we ended racism
all racism within a tower's reach had racism ended you mean.
The ONLY reason im watching this video is because I keep completing zones with all symbols and I know their meaning correctly BUT I MISSED THE CHECK THAT ACTUALLY VERIFIES THEM
I hate this
I got all the glyphs and unlocked purple doors by myself but talking at phone/ teleport are really difficult to me (guess what to reply and remember the language structure is not easy).

For the info that you learned inside the church.
Those are (very) easy. Are written in the shield nearby.
@@antonip1114Didn’t see a shield. Still don’t. Like I said, I must not be smart enough for this game.
I'm very late but you get that key later in the game, don't worry about it for now, just keep a mental note of where you found the gate :)
@@d00mnoodle24 i figured it out but ty 🙂
Around the 2:31:16 ish mark I've tried to do the key making exactly like you but for some reason the key isn't opening the door?
I did and it worked but I still don’t understand :/
@@kabracclock2407 the numbers go Top Left: Thousands, Top Right: Hundreds, Bottom Left: Tens, Bottom Right: Ones. So for the first one, for instance, its 1405 gold
This reminds me of ‘SABLE’

Escher, more like
3:23:00 ...what? Why that phrase?
The 'exile' version of the play has the idiot bard find a brother (alchemist). Then it's object-subject-verb brother- idiot bard - find
1:52:56 i never seen fortress mentioned in devotee language but.
But howwwwww did you know the answer at 28:02???😭😭😭
3:18:42 How did you know this answer?
This was on the mural, which has changed from depicting "The warriors push back the impure" to "The impure play music". Interestingly, each of the sentences in the true ending have to do with what each culture "needs" to become whole and to become friendly with the others
2:46:47 I can't find this portal, it's my last one so I'm just stuck running everywhere 😢
I WON THE GAMEEEE🎉🎉🎉

Where to find the bard words for find me you and want
How do you know how to translate north, west, sout, east of the bard languange?
You look at the broken sundial and compare it to the compass.
What does the ending mean?
My first impression was that everyone found that what they valued the most was connected to what the other peoples valued, but the last symbol breaks the pattern.
God - what Devotees value
*turns into*
Duty - what Warriors value
*turns into*
Beauty - what Bards value
*turns into*
Transformation - what Alchemists value
*turns into*
... Exile? That's what we wanted to get rid of!
@@vaiapatta8313 Exactly ! I don't understand this either.
2:03:10 How the hell did you know that?
3:07:18
This is too hard I can’t complete even the first few levels
2:10:10 how to open this door?
Im not getting one of the pages, can anyone help me
If they make a squeal the main character has to make google translate
I'm stuck at the compass puzzle at the end of the bard segment can anyone explain it to me
It's pretty easy. Listen in theatre to which side (by compass) to move.
got it , thank you so much@@suicideservice
I also got stuck, you can brute force it without watching the play but you're supposed to watch it first haha
You need a lot of luck to brute force it (I tried before having the compass, and logic is not enough. Orientation randomly changed in each room. )
But you can brute force it with the compass and no hint from the theater, I guess
looks like a good game but i cant afford it lmao
Es un buen juego, ojala puedas terminarlo
All I have is a laptop, so I’m not able to press the center mouse button for hints since I don’t have a mouse, and there’s no way to rebind keys in this game.
I’m disappointed in both myself and the game that I’m completely at a loss for how to progress in the second section without just literally cheating, but that takes all the fun out of a puzzle game.
So I guess, for now, I have to just accept the wasted money and forget about it, even though I genuinely was enjoying the premise and theme.
You can configure Windows to understand certain gestures as specific types of clicks, for example I can do a middle click by tapping with three fingers.
@@vytah Okay, I’ll have to try to do that. I’m not a tech savvy person outside of basic functions. lol
You can easily beat this game without the middle mouse button
@@gordonfrommalmak Okay. At the start of the third section 1:26:26 how do you just automatically know the meaning of those symbols? I’ve gone back and forth through all the dialogue multiple times, and I truly don’t understand how you just automatically know that.
@KaiLucasZachary you don't. This is a walkthrough where the player already knows everything. In every section of this game you cant understand every word shortly after its introduced. You have to visit some other places first and figure things out out of order. That's how good puzzle games work. What does this have to do with the middle mouse button?
100% walkthrough?? so thats mean with all collectibles?
yes
@@halzuun but this game no collectibles at all bro, maybe you don't understand what 100% walkthrough means
@@Slamizura I was meaning like, 100% collection of the glyphs, which is the only collectible in the game
