Great Video, Love failed me, my ex left me 2 months ago, I've pleaded for her to come back but she don't want to, i'm having sleepless night, i think of her all the time, i've met with other girls, gone to the bar, therapist to see if it will help me move on, but nothing is working. I feel so empty, it feels like my world has ended, i don't think i will ever find happiness. I don’t know why I’m saying this here. i really miss her and i want her back.

I felt immediately relaxed after this. Was having a very not good almost mental breakdown moment and had to step away and do some meditation. Super relaxing! Thank you, I had felt immediately refreshed after I opened my eyes.
This is just what I needed. As a mother of three with little time to myself this was the perfect length. On the path to a manic episode an this few minutes made me feel at peace in the moment.
This made me even more stressed, I kept waiting for a slow paced guided mindfulness but she was always speaking at such a fast clip. When you're on the verge of a panic attack or fighting thoughts of self harm, this just isn't peaceful
@@amirceljo3967 I don't get you response. If they were "at peace with themselves" wouldn't need the video. It was too fast and the music distracting. It played even when she said let's have a moment of quiet but we didn't get it. The music just kept playing.
@@plasticonion Thats the point dude, you need to develop the strength to be still in the moment of panic attack , the point of meditation is to allow emotions and thoughts to flush over you without being judgemental about it to be at peace and steady in moments like this. Meditation is not just relaxation , its a practice that will teach you coping times like this. I wish all the best to all anxiety sufferers , like myself.

I liked this video. It helped me to calm my stress during a very stress house move. Just a suggestion; I think it would be good if there was a minute or two of silence at the end so that if we want to just sit there for a bit in silence we can instead of it going in to an (often not very calm) advert.

I need to cope therefore I can focus on what is important. Good point! I wonder if we are automatic beings because we tend to breathe naturally, do you get what I mean? We breathe naturally without thinking twice about it, breathing is what we do... you can only intentionally not breathe.

I am a musician. Usually I find the music in meditation videos to be stressful., including this one. I am working when I hear this. My ears are hearing the changes in harmony and I find the crescendo especially annoying. You might want to make one with no music for those of us who spend our lives analyzing music. Thanks.

This made me feel worse when she said take a moment to think about what is bothering you that is exactly what I didn’t wan’t to think about.
Recommendations: stop putting commercials with fast-paced thumping music. We came here to relax lol.

Terrible meditation. It’s hard to keep up with all the instructions let alone focus on the breath. Background noise is incredible distracting
