    Great Video, Love failed me, my ex left me 2 months ago, I've pleaded for her to come back but she don't want to, i'm having sleepless night, i think of her all the time, i've met with other girls, gone to the bar, therapist to see if it will help me move on, but nothing is working. I feel so empty, it feels like my world has ended, i don't think i will ever find happiness. I don’t know why I’m saying this here. i really miss her and i want her back.

    I needed this....life is busy with 2 young boys, work and recently lost my dad, I was feeling somewhere overwhelmed and took this time to go and lie on my bed and do this short meditation and I feel alot better for it ❤

    I felt immediately relaxed after this. Was having a very not good almost mental breakdown moment and had to step away and do some meditation. Super relaxing! Thank you, I had felt immediately refreshed after I opened my eyes.

    This is just what I needed. As a mother of three with little time to myself this was the perfect length. On the path to a manic episode an this few minutes made me feel at peace in the moment.

    I felt this was super rushed and not very relaxing. She said we would take some time for quiet but never stopped talking

      I wanted to like this but I felt being rushed and the last where I felt being presence, "open your eyes". I was like that's it?!

    This made me even more stressed, I kept waiting for a slow paced guided mindfulness but she was always speaking at such a fast clip. When you're on the verge of a panic attack or fighting thoughts of self harm, this just isn't peaceful

      Same honestly, my deep breaths were rushed and I couldn’t even feel my tense parts properly cuz I needed to do sth else

      @@amirceljo3967 I don't get you response. If they were "at peace with themselves" wouldn't need the video. It was too fast and the music distracting. It played even when she said let's have a moment of quiet but we didn't get it. The music just kept playing.

      @@plasticonion Thats the point dude, you need to develop the strength to be still in the moment of panic attack , the point of meditation is to allow emotions and thoughts to flush over you without being judgemental about it to be at peace and steady in moments like this. Meditation is not just relaxation , its a practice that will teach you coping times like this. I wish all the best to all anxiety sufferers , like myself.

    Once I got on meds and therapy I also learned breathing techniques. Prayer too has been huge for me as has longterm sobriety. Mozart works great!!!!!!!!!

    I liked this video. It helped me to calm my stress during a very stress house move. Just a suggestion; I think it would be good if there was a minute or two of silence at the end so that if we want to just sit there for a bit in silence we can instead of it going in to an (often not very calm) advert.

    Ah well each to their own. I only had 7 minutes to destress after work before picking up the kids so it worked very well for me.

    This is really helpful thank you so much, I'm barely a sophomore in high school and it's been a lot with covid, school, work, and family. I was recommended this by my school counselor today and it's really helping me contain my stress and anxiety. Anyways thank you so much. :)

    Thank you so much for making this video! I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress from recent losses, family, work, and classes. I’ve been feeling so overwhelmed recently that I felt like I was going to break at any moment if I had any more stress. Even though this was a short session, it really did help me out so much! I’m going to start implementing more time in my day towards mindfulness and meditation 😊

    The video says "let's enjoy a few minutes of quiet" but the music keeps playing and is louder than the voice. I have trouble hearing what she is saying. Is there a version without the distraction of the loud music?

    I need to cope therefore I can focus on what is important. Good point! I wonder if we are automatic beings because we tend to breathe naturally, do you get what I mean? We breathe naturally without thinking twice about it, breathing is what we do... you can only intentionally not breathe.

    I really enjoyed the background music, the "pause" with breathing and the "last minute is yours". However this was way too rushed and she spoke very quickly, for a de stress meditation.

    I am a musician. Usually I find the music in meditation videos to be stressful., including this one. I am working when I hear this. My ears are hearing the changes in harmony and I find the crescendo especially annoying. You might want to make one with no music for those of us who spend our lives analyzing music. Thanks.

    Please Lock Your Cars No Honk so we can meditate in peace.
    How: Press Lock And Unlock on Fob at the same time for 2-4 seconds. This should turn HONKKKK off. Dealer can assist as some cars might be slightly different. Thank you.

    Also felt this was rushed. Concentrating on one, and she is already 2 steps ahead. This wasn't pleasant for me. Currently having aniexty attack, I use guided meditation to help me calm down.

    Terrible meditation. It’s hard to keep up with all the instructions let alone focus on the breath. Background noise is incredible distracting
