this is why I take pride in my reels. I collect these reels and never worry that even the 200 lb tarpon, 50 lb red fish, and 120 lb mako shark I have caught on these reals never wore them out. I love ross reals
I would be interested to learn more about the anodizing process. I really like the black Colorado LT but I have other black anodized reels that really show scratches and scuffs.
Michael Fish - Anodizing is an electrochemical process that transforms the aluminum surface of the reel into a durable, corrosion-resistant finish. The Type 2 anodize process, matte finish done on the Colorado LT is more durable than most finishes you will find and while not impervious to scratches, will protect for many years.
@@customersupport4705 I went with the silver and have not regretted it. It's my favorite reel. If you guys made them in larger sizes than 4/5 I would have one for every rod I own. I never want to use anything but a click pawl reel after getting it.
