Ive had a Sage rod for about 12 years now, I was lucky enough to win it in a fishing competition. I have fished with other makes but nothing compares to it. Its light, flexible and awesome. But I didn't know it was American. Great to see this and how it is made.
I have a SAGE Graphite 10151-4 1V #10 I purchased New around 9 years ago back Home in Ireland, And every year I come Home, I take it out, and I ADORE it, I also have a FLI #7 weight here in Perth, but don't get a chance to use it, Im so contemplating on coming back to Ireland for good next year and if I do, SAGE METHOD 11' 9 weight is my Next Beast :) Love SAGE
a friend of mine was lucky enough to b gifted a sage one a truly unbelieveable casting instrument,i use guideline which is a great rod ,but nothing on these rods ,maybe if i win the lotto some day lol.
I run a Sage Z axis also Orvis reflex and love them both. I also have an older Sage i still use i brought in the eighties an had the tip break off in 2015 without question the rod was shipped here from New Zealand to Sage USA and fixed under the life time warranty free of charge. If the people from the Sage company get to read this thank you so much for doing that and giving me so many good memories over the years you are simply legends like Orvis and Scott i would imagine. This is something you would never get from a Chinese product so thank you for keeping it USA made all the best from New Zealand.

Have a Sage LL 7ft 9in -3 wt. Love that rod. Wish you still made the LL series.

I have a Sage, Orvis and Scott rods....... in your opinion, what's the best rod out there? Regardless of price....
They're all good, it's just what the fisher prefers, I'm a SAGE/Cabela's man.
