man looking back at old charlie’s streams and comparing to his new streams it makes me kind of sad. i feel like hes so burnt out now like he’s been streaming 5 days a week for like 4 years and the drastic change from his old youtube self to now is so depressing. he seems so unenthusiastic and all his analogies kind of feel a bit forced and sometimes just flat.
i really wish he would take like a few months off just to refresh himself mentally bc it kills me to see him overexerting his creativity

I am so glad that I wasn't the only one thinking this and couldn't have said it better myself. 2018-2019 Charlie was the peak. No drama, no bullshit just only Charlie and only extremely funny commentaries. Hours and hours of streaming just sucked all of his dopamine and he's just sitting and playing there lifeless. I completely stopped giving a f about his video nowadays. Am just watching his old streams and gameplays. 🥲

Hard to believe he was so oblivious what to do or how to do it half the time. I mean I understand he was trying to assassinate in creative ways and it was funny af along with his commentary but taking an hour to accomplish a 5 minute task or insisting on dying 9x and taking 50 minutes instead of walking 3 minutes backwards burns. I was fine with him fucking around instead of doing the objectives, the problem I had was that at times it was like he wasn't looking at anything on the screen. Would be confused or a assume something when it said or even currently says the shit right on the screen.
