I grew up in West Conshohocken, up river from Flat Rock Dam (the location of this video). I messaged Leo years ago about fishing the bottom of those falls to the Manayunk Bridge. I'm very glad to see someone tried that area. If you come back, get Leo to take you to the Norristown Dam and fish the bottom. You can wade most of it, but as it's a river, be very careful. Tight lines to you!
