This is the best review I've seen of this Jet. Very detailed and lots of explanations. If I was rich or won the lottery, I'd get my pilots licence and buy one. Can see myself just flying to Europe and back for the weekend etc.

I remember I used to take my private pilots license with a Cessna 172 , with barely any instruments , hot as hell in the Florida summer . I’m glad it’s 2022

At least you don’t need to preheat the engine in negative temperatures. I learned in a 7ECA Champ I bought almost 40 years ago. I paid $9,000 for it.
Thank you for showing this video vlad! I have said it a million times since these beautiful planes starting coming into the aviation scene about 10-12 years ago; this is one of the best jets in every sense of the word not only in its small class of private jets but in every class! from the technology and increase in power during flight (speed/service ceiling) which has improved significantly from the gen1 to gen2 and the ultimate gen2+ model. The cockpit as you mentioned is among the best in the world for ALL aircraft which says a ton about its configuration/tech/comfort/ and ease of use for beginner jet engine pilots. I flew the X-Plane 11 simulator for this plane on home computer for about 10 hours total and my first actual flight was almost flawless that’s how easy and forgiving this plane is to fly.

I see why, besides pricing, this is easily the best selling light jet since 2019. The level of safety and auto safety redundancies is insane. The thought put into both the engineering and ownership experience are absolutely revolutionary.
yeah, this reminds me of a technology AirBus is working on right now... I believe it is DragonFly , but the one of cirrus seems to go even beyond that.

It's about time a plane was built with a parachute type emergency system. Never understood why implementing such technology seemed so elusive. Seems only logical.
My thoughts as well
I can only think of .. weight and stall before deploy, and planes are heavy so must have a very big parachute.... But, of course, saving lives pays off the drawbacks !! :-b

Wow this is such a great jet . I wish I could own one of these bad boys haha . Only drawback would be the range . If Cirrus can somehow figure out a way to double its range with maximum number of passengers it would be even better.

So Vlad, how’s it going. Just watched your video. Where do you call home? How many places have you flown??? The G2+ is my favorite aircraft ever!. You are very lucky my friend. I’ve thought of many ways to set up the plane for round the world flights. With an actual lavatory, as well as chairs that configure into beds when dropped. How long did it take to obtain a license? I’m old and my kids are in their teens, so I’ve got a lot of time available for myself. I am excited about that, but also in reality all that I will be able to afford is maybe a used trailer, to travel around. I once had a lot of money but in the year 2009 I lost 6 homes, and a ton of money and retirement accounts. Plus my father who had 55 homes, all to come to me died penniless. In that year everyone who had worked their entire life and had “No More Gas In The Tank”, high means injuries, too old, or can’t produce like they used to lost everything. Well I’m one of those people. At least I have my children's love. But it would have been nice to buy a cirrus and fly them around the world. Funny, I guess I can pretend on my simulator. Beautiful Plane!!! Congratulations!!!

what if no suitable airports are nearby ?... does it auto deploy the parachute ( for example, no plains, just mountains, no flat areas whatsoever, all humans are incapacitated by hypoxia and or intoxicated, unconscious, etc)... ? , thanks

Probably, as an idea, you can totally turn off Russian audio and use only English audio for this (and next) videos.
And also, depending of your Vlad availability, you can try to voice some of your videos by yourself. (also treat it as an idea)
this is a given lately with AI voice over technology. YT is working on that, and other companies as well.
they are even making the lip sync voice over to make it look as you are an English speaker, also works for most languages already.

Essentially what you get is half of a HondaJet for half of a price, fair enough.
The Cirrus has a wider cabin. The Honda jet is a nice plane. But has more corporate vibes. The Honda jet is much faster too. But for the price, the Cirrus is a great personal jet. And it has something the Honda jet doesn’t have…a parachute 😅
With 2.8 million for just four seats one should not expect less ... but still an insane price it has not the capacity for trans ocean distance. For lawyers who earn 1200 bucks per our and established company owners such an investment might be written off. Astonishing they have a pre order of 300 with a waiting list of up to 4 years
can it be flown also via VR I guess from a remote site... ? but given it seems to be so safe that it's not even needed. But let's say you own it but are not a pilot... a VR remote pilot may be a cheaper option than a flesh and bones one :-b
I mean , it can also would be so cool to be able to fly it from the simulator remotely to take passengers to and from destinations, like you acting as a remote pilot for IDK... your family, friends, or any pax that can still fly when the pilot cannot fly with them.

that 17k little calibrator just hanging off on the side is such stupid design... put in place where anything can hit and damage it...such a small thing to totally disable a plane... i can't get over how stupid the design is..
