Whatever bin colors you want for your library, you should buy them if it's what you want, because next year that color will be discontinued and you'll never find them again. As for the ones you have already, you will use them eventually. Teachers never have enough bins or storage/shelf space as we accumulate things.
Congrats on your 1st year! Just go with the flow and do what you feel is the right thing to do. It was my 1st year last year and the teacher left everything! It was a blessing and a curse. It is overwhelming but really stick to a to do list!
I love watching your classroom set up. Reminds me so much of my first year. I just wanted to give you a heads up about those stools. I tried them last year and then bent within the first couple uses, also those sticks were incredibly hard to get off. Like I even tried gogone and it would not come off.
I used the colorful stools from Amazon. They are a little expensive; 5 stools for 80 dollars but they have lasted me 2 years and I’m using them again this year. They are very sturdy
get the bins if you want them but also check with your mentor to make sure your school doesn't provide any money for supplies. I found out about that too late last year. At the very least keep your receipts for that possibility and for taxes!

You can spray paint the pins to the color you want. Instead of purchasing more

Before buying whiteboards speak with your mentor teacher. Whiteboards are necessary and there maybe some at your school. Congratulations!
Congrats on your new classroom! Just a heads up those white boards look like the fundations white boards! there might be more in the fundations kits!
My foundations kits are filled with a weird sand board thing 🤷🏼♀️ I have no idea haha.
