From carpets that need cleaning to my personal items yet to be moved in, it's clear this setup day won't be as smooth as anticipated.
In this video, I dive into the initial steps of transforming this space into an inspiring learning environment, despite the setbacks. We'll be focusing on creative wall decor ideas that don't require bulletin board borders or extensive prep. I'll share some easy hacks and DIYs to bring personality and warmth to these bare walls.

I have the same butterflies on my wishlist for this school year! I stopped by my school last week to drop some items off and nothing was done as expected. I was told it would be completed the last week of school but NOPE and it’s now July🤦🏾♀️ I feel your frustration…
You are very lucky that you got your key and are allowed in. Most schools won’t let you in until August 1st the earliest

Welcome to the channel! I am teaching a split 4/5 class this year!
You'll learn that things don't always happen on your time. Custodial staff are responsible for a lot of stuff. This sounds like miscommunication from your admin.
I totally agree, sometimes when we’re frustrated it’s easy to blame the first person we see or think of. I appreciate all that our custodial staff does for our school and already after a long day I was just very frustrated.
