What blows my mind is the fact that you guys didn’t believe the fact that about 90% of the pharmacies in Mexico are crooked they have been for decades, as an addict I went to Mexico in the late 80s and 90s and purchased whatever I needed at any time day or night at any amounts I could buy! This has been common knowledge for addicts, cooks and any criminals who are looking for their fix whatever it was!

the mum should understand, I did that with my mum...went shopping, went everywhere with her because I wanted to make sure she was ok and safe and the safest person she could of been around was me so I always went no matter what... because I love her.
If you are a perchead you will know instantly if the pills are real pharma or fentanyl very easy to tell. And any pharmacy you go in if you are in a tourist place will sell you Xanax, percs or anything you want very easy

I agree that we were better off when opiates were prescribed....at least we weren't losing so many. We are in HUGE TROUBLE and it still shocks me that most people know nothing about Fentanyl, xylozine and the other strong stuff on our streets
A couple days ago I bought 60 legitimate time-released tramadol in a Mexican pharmacy and regret not just asking for fentanyl. Now I'm stuck with more tramadol than I can get through US Customs. Had I known all these family-run pharmacies were selling fentanyl I would have asked for it in the first place. But the truth is they're not.

South America was this way in the smaller ports but mostly it was glycolic acid and antacids, steroids not like this...most pharmacies require a prescription the Dr is in house 6-7 dollars for the appointment

It’s not that they necessarily aim to kill people but they’re is zero quality control with these fake pills. One pill might have barely any fentanyl in it and then the next pill in the pack will have a lethal limit. You never truly know what you’re getting.
Because many like my son get hooked on a lower dose. Then they build a tolerance. It's Russian Roulette and if my son doesn't stay sober he will die. He is 23 so I do all I can to encourage him to stay sober. It's devastating and we have 4 other adult kids without addiction issues

Not all of Mexico is bad. I moved to Merida Mexico (The Yucatan) which is about 3 hours from Cancun. Merida is safer than Portland Oregon where I moved from and it is actually the safest city in Mexico and second of all of Central and South America. The most dangerous areas are tourists areas like Playa Del Carmen, Cozumel, Tulum and Cancun but we just stay out of farmacias and night clubs when we go there.
I've wanted to check out the farmacias in MX for a while, but never got around to it. While I would not have sought opiates or benzos (like Xanax), it still seems far too dangerous. I think the only way it could work is to go to a reputable pharmacy chain, preferably outside the famous tourist hotspots.
I wish we could all take drug classification classes, because you can see and tell that something is laced, and not real. It is a logical fallacy to say that a Fenty pill will look the same, will a normal person notice? Probably not, but that’s where the classification comes in, we need to stay aware!! It’s more than just the pharmacies targeting, they’re targeting individuals who don’t know better, or purposely do so!
You have to research pharmacies, test drugs, have a lil common sense if you are purposely traveling to tryout drugs (which is what these people are doing) , if you buy a perc over the counter, have common sense!!!

Yeah there is pills where the counterfeits look noticeably different like oxy M30s vs fake M30 oxy pressies but a lot of pressies like Adderall and Xanax people have got it down to an art with how realistic they can appear with the shine, gloss, size and everything and it's crazy. I think that they purposefully made the fake m30s easy to distinguish from pharmaceuticals since they're way more blue and too shiny, and people that have seen and had experience with real m30s, they'll most likely recognize somethings off and people sell them as "dirty thirties" as in they're fent pressed anf way cheaper than real 30s and people buy them knowing that they're counterfeit fent pressed pills and smoke them on foil etc. But theres a lot of other pills they can make to pretty much imitate the exact appearance of the real pharmacutically produced pills. With the m30s it's kind of just a ifykyk thing, but theres always going to be that one scum down the supply chain that tries to sell them as real oxy 30s in an attempt to sell them at a grossly taxed $1 per milligram like real oxys would go for and inevitable they can end up in the wrong hands with someone that either may not be familiar with the Roxys and not able to tell them apart from limited experience or maybe they haven't had enough experience with roxys to tell the difference or simply just put too much trust on their supplier, if I was in organized trafficking organizations I wouldn't make pills to imitate popular pharmaceuticals as it's just literally lethal and one person that only does stuff like oxys and prescription opioids occasionally thinking theyre legit for example may end up taking in the same amount as they would do with regular oxy not realizing theyre fake and consequently overdose since they're way more potent than oxys. Mac Miller is an example. Bought m30s some dealer said are legitimate and charged him 30 dollars per each, which is the average cost for genuine oxy 30s, even though they were dirty thirties / fent pressed m30s which are extremely cheap and people can get them for like 2-3 bucks a piece, and probably a dollar or less per pill in bulk amounts, since fentanyl is an extremely cheap drug to synthesize, and they only need the tiniest amount of fent per pressed pill, it's a dirty game I don't why they wouldn't just sell them as pressies since there's already a market for them, selling them and saving they're real when they aren't is just dirty they shouldn't be making pills that were made to imitate the real pharmaceuticals with potentially lethal doses of fentanyl for an occasional user is scumbag shit and they shouldn't be selling fake pills as real ones just so they can charge customers oxy rates for them. Such an oppurtunistic and shitty way to do business, no regard for safety, harm reduction and the safety of the customers. If you're going to be a dealer then the main priorities is to ensure your customers aren't taking poison unknowingly. But at the same time the user has some responsibility for not testing their substance of choice before ingesting but ultimately if anyone's gonna be a dealer, then they should at least know what they have and what they're selling, and be transparent about the quality and contents, and ingredients when theyre marketing

Also, its not just about being pressed or pharma. There are many different drugs that are put in different batches, and in differing amounts. Its not as simple as you think, though I wish it was.

Not for everyone. I have 5 adult kids. 4 have never touched anything except social alcohol at weddings etc. My 23 yr old son started with weed. Sometimes it's a trauma that they experienced and can't cope with and other times its mental health issues. I also know alot of kids with personalities that are risk takers. Not saying it's right or smart but it happens alot.

Tgey givd out test kits at the needle exchange here in the UK. They only test for ritazine (spelling) though, nothing else. US Bodybuilders have been going to Mexico for decades to buy steroids. Less in recent years since the internet.

In Cairo I could not get my pain pills filled illegal. However they filled my Valium by just seeing the bottle.
