Dude, as a MD and emergency physician in my every day life, I can honestly say you were lucky that you survived! An aortic dissection is actually on on of the emergencies I'm most afraid of, as it is very easy to miss and can kill in a very short amount of time. In fact, depending on the severity, it can be a death sentence for a patient if you misinterprete the symptoms and go to the wrong hospital. Keep strong, enjoy life and take care of yourself!

Im really glad you are doing well now brother! You went through a lot. My father 2 years ago had a major open heart surgery himself. His all three arteries were blocked because of high sugar levels that calcified his arteries and luckyly his secondary arteries were working well so he had pneumonia and that had to be cured before surgery so it went on for few months before surgery and all. Anyways. Im very happy to see your video again. You are one of the most genuine RUclipsr and I really missed your videos. Glad to hear from you CKN and Warm regards.
