I remember hearing Demons by Imagine Dragons when it first came out on the radio and I actually liked it. I said to myself that this band had potential. Then Thunder came out and I absolutely hate this band. No potential, no drive, no motive, no nothing. Just bland lyric writing with bland radio rockpop that has been done 7 billion times. I really do appreciate that video series. It really does help open the board for discussion and help get a grasp on common reasons why people might disagree with my taste in music.

I actually like Fall Out Boy. I will say they are not what they used to be, but I enjoy some of their material. Not a fan of Young and Menace whatsoever though. I respect your opinion though, no hard feelings:)
Fred is a douche but Limp Bizkit gets way too much hate. Korn and other nu-metal bands are definitely better, but limp is better than the shit on the radio nowadays, and you honestly can't say LB is as bad as Imagine Dragons
Minus Fred Durst, they're actually quite decent instrumentaly. As for Fred Durst, well at best, they have a few catchy bangers here and there. Doubt I'd be able to get through an entire LB album back to front though haha
The vocalist of 5 fingered death punch seems to be the type of guy that hangs with a group of 'friends' (who probably try not to invite him stuff or try and escape as quick as possible) because he'll try and show off by picking on the weakest person in the group of friends, by getting them in a headlock, or by trying to punch them on the arm or something and then laughing about it.
Have you listened to Stergil Simpson yet? One of the few country artists trying to do something new...and it actually works (IMO). Jason Isbell is another artist worth a listen.
Went to go see ozzy at fort rock down in here in florida, Me and my buddy had to sit through five finger death punch and it was painful as a prostate exam.
As someone who's been a Limp Bizkit fan since a wee kid I love reading youtube comments about them. People say they hate Bizkit, but what they hate is solely Fred Durst. Instrumentally, Bizkit is some of the best coming from the rock/metal scene in the late 90's/early 00's.
Jonah Nutellord Try Smokey. It's earth-shattering heavy and doesn't have a lot of the cringy lyrics like most of their songs have. Right when the guitars and vox hit, it never fails to get my headbanging
The Prime Sloth It bothered me, but to be honest I like the content so I just moved past it... ckn is my favorite reviewer so I'll deal with his 80s demo tape audio
I listen to death metal almost exclusively and I completely agree. Deicide is like a parody of death metal, they take every death metal stereotype out there and they turn them up to 11, to the point where it's comical and cringy. Same with cannibal corpse. Whenever I listen to them and six feet under, they're what I imagine actual good death metal sounds like to people who don't listen to death metal
Morbid angel, early sepultura, Death, suffocation, obituary, entombed, blood incantation, black Dahlia murder, all great DM bands that are a thousand times better than CC, 6FU, and Deicide
Only bands I can genuinely say I hate are Emmure, FFDP, Imagine Dragons, and Fall Out Boy. Used to like FFDP to some degree when I first heard them but then they made the same thing after the same thing after the same thing. So much potential in the band that's just wasted. That's the biggest issue is they could be great if they actually put in any form of effort, but nope. Emmure is just generic garbage and I can't name a single song of theirs I've heard that I've ever liked not to mention the lead singer is the king douche. Imagine Dragons is shit, which is another case of their old stuff is decent now their stuff is crap that nobody should listen to if I'm being as blunt and honestly as I can be. As far as Fall Out Boy goes I used to like them too. Their older pop punk stuff I enjoy. I mean if Green Day is like the peak in terms of as good as a pop punk band could ever be and Simple Plan is as bad as a pop punk band could ever be I'd say old Fall Out Boy is a lot closer to Green Day than they are to Simple Plan. Now Fall Out Boy today is (arguably) worse than Simple Plan. Their stuff from 2009 to now is the fucking dirt worst pop garbage. There's not even a punk element to it anymore. It's just pop now and I mean some pop music can be very good but there's is not. It's fucking unlistenable. I hate people in bands more than I hate the bands themselves. I think Axl Rose is a dickhead but GnR are perfectly fine to me. I think Kerry King is a douche but Slayer is fine to me (even though I think they're overrated) I think Lars Ulrich is a douche too but Metallica is fine to me. I think Chad Kroger is a douche but Nickelback is fine to me. But most bands just don't make me hate them I just dislike their music. Hate is a strong word.
I actually used to think Train was a good band when I was younger, don't understand why. I still like Drops of Jupiter to be honest, but all of their material is so painfully cheesy. I don't know why exactly, but I find the lead singer to be incredibly creepy.

Holly Smyth His voice is annoying as hell too. (That's why I don't like them). The band is nothing special either.
storeeteller1 Slayer is awesome! You gotta check out Divine Intervention and God Hates Us All! Those are underrated albums that are so good! raining blood is the one where James Hatfield from Megadeth sings "walk on home boy", right?
Not specific bands but : - 1. Interchangeable sparkly Pop tarts. (Katy Perry especially) 2. Pop Punk 3. Metalcore 4. Horrorcore Hip Hop 5. The seemingly never ending flood of "nice guy" Ed Sheeran types.
5. Shaun Mendes, the 1D guys, Justin Bieber (although he ended up as an even worse jerky "bad boy"), Charlie Puth maybe.. Year there is a stream indeed xd
Plz elaborate which Horrorcore Rap cause if your talkong of ICP then plz dont judge the genre based off everyone trying to be them the 90s Horrorcore and a few between is gold dont generalize before doing some homework.

Hollywood undead: they were kinda good but now they turned into what their lyrics hated. Modern hip hop: just why. Imagine dragons: overrated. Paramore: the old format worked but that ain't it fun is kinda dark lyrically.
I do not like modern hip hop that much but there is some good stuff to be found within that genre. I'm espically a fond of Token, Joyner Lucas and Kendrick Lamar. But yeah most modern hip hop is not good at all.
"Ain't It Fun" is really just an anthem for everyone who makes it big in their hometown, moves to LA, and then realizes how impossible it is to get noticed in LA. But if you thought that song was Paramore being lyrically dark...oh, man, you are NOT ready to hear about After Laughter.
Butt rock (Creed, Staind, Shinedown, Puddle of Mudd, Five Finger Death Punch, Limp Bizkit, Avenged Sevenfold, Three Days Grace, Seether, NICKELBACK, etc.) and Kiss. Gene Simmons is an egotistical turd. His bandmates had less chords in their repertoire than a garage rock band and had nothing interesting to say over it. Their fans own more t-shirts and shower curtains than actual albums.
@@dvir12345 I don't even remember commenting this, but here I am to reply. FIrst of all, Simmons is insufferable, so there's that. Secondly, their music is just not interesting. Never has been, never will be. It's one-dimensional, and it's actually insane that they've gotten this popular based on their gimmick alone. Sure, they've written some catchy tunes, but their talent and musical skills is pretty limited. Personally, I just find Kiss to be insufferable from, again, a personal standpoint. Doesn't help that their music is boring either, but my main point is just that I can't stand them personally.
@@Slagterfar yeah Tommy Thayer is the only member I like from the 2002 to present kiss lineup Kiss is really one dimensional and rely on gimmicks like the smoking guitar, the Axe Bass which I thought Flying V guitars were gimmicks but the Axe Bass is more gimmicky and rarely used except for half assed solos and playing loud at 136 db when Motörhead played around 130 db and playing loud was Motörheads only gimmick and Motörhead is way better than kiss because Lemmy was actually a friendly person and had talent.
I think you're entertaining and it's fun. It's just an oponion it doesn't mean any band u dislike should be cancelled. I like these opinions and this as entertainment
I actually like Lacuna Coil's more recent stuff more than their older stuff. Granted, nothing has beaten out Karmacode yet, but I actually really like their later work, especially Delirium. Their older stuff I find musically boring.
Dude it would be awesome if you would do a review of the Myles kennedy solo album "year of the tiger" and mark tremontis "a dying machine". I haven't listened to a dying machine all the way through but I've heard a few songs. Definitely sounds more aggressive than alter bridge. I just saw Myles kennedy live a few weeks ago and listened to that album all the way through however and it's pretty awesome. Not exactly metal as much as acoustic rock/ blues but it's definitely pertinent to modern rock and metal
I'd say twenty one pilots is different. Yes nowadays I'm not the biggest fan of their style. But their earlier albums were able connect strongly to certain people by the lyrics Tyler wrote. The concerts were wonderful and their style was pretty good.
If you haven't already, I can recommend checking out the Danish band Møl with the album Jord (blackened shoegaze). Coming from Denmark I'd like to see them get some exposure :)
The thing about slam is that on it's own it usually tends to be dull, boring, crappily played with crappy sounds. Slam elements mixed with some technicality or slams used to spice up straight brutal death metal can truly elevate a band into god-tier status. Cases in point: Katalepsy and Cytotoxin. If you really want to listen to a god damn masterpiece that pretty much perfectly blends elements of technical DM, brutal DM, slam and even some grindcore sprinkled in, go check out Cytotoxins Chernopolis.
Imagine Dragons Nickelback Creed Limp Bizkit Puddle Of Mudd Kiss Simple Plan Good Charlotte Hinder I’m sure there is more, but that’s all I can think of right now
About the Male/Female Vocals on Evanescence's "Bring Me To Life": The Band did not want to have a Rap verse, or a Feature in that Song. However WindUp made them do it, because WindUp thought that a Female-fronted Band would not do well on the Radio. At first, the Label wanted a Rap Verse in every Track on the Album. The Band declined, and went home. WindUp then compromised by stating that only the lead single will have a Rap Verse. That just happened to be that Song.
Kaelan McAlpine It has a beautiful sound. However the shottily thrown-in Rap Verses tend to ruin it a little, unfortunately. Also I found that information in an interview with Amy Lee. I'll find it and post it in a separate reply. ~
I'm an Evanescence fan now, and that was the first song I heard by them. It was pretty upsetting to find out that Amy Lee being the amazing talent that she is had to put up with that level of sexism. I still love the song, but the rap part detracts from the song for me, and Fallen has stronger tracks.
Here are the bands I can't stand: Attila Asking Alexandria FFDP BMTH Suicide Silence Falling In Reverse Attack Attack Limp Bizkit (Fred Durst) BOTDF Emmure
Love your energy and honesty! My top Hated bands - FFDP, Disturbed & Volbeat! Absolutely hate country music. Simple people simple thinking! I love you stated several country music artists and knew zero! Keep up the good work!
Oasis Coldplay U2 anything after Zooropa (Yes, that includes Achtung Baby) Anything Chris Cornell was in after Soundgarden Yngwie Malmsteen. When you were talking about people playing as fast as humanly possible, I instantly thought of him. That's all he does. Let's see how many notes we can cram into this next ten seconds of "music" and hopefully the sheep will be mind-blown. I guess it works for some.
Yeah, people think Yngwie is to shred guitar was Emerson, Lake & Palmer was to progressive rock: the epitome of everything wrong with their respective field and genre.
Oasis? weird choice. I understand why the band member's personalities may be disliked but their music was stellar, not to mention their first two albums are known as some of the best albums ever made.
@@jizzer9000 The lead singer's voice is so obnoxious and character-less that as soon as I hear Wonderwall, I have to change radio stations. Champagne Supernova is ridiculous. Slowly walking down the hall, faster than a cannonball. Uhhh ... WHAT? Where were you when we were getting high? Well, I was getting an education and being a productive member of society, while they were getting high. I don't have any respect for Oasis. Of course, keep in mind this is all my personal opinion. They were some of the most popular albums in terms of sales, but Niki Minaj sells millions of albums too, and there's absolutely nothing worthy with them.
@@chetthehoss If nonsensical lyrics are something you're going to have a pop at, then don't stop at Oasis. The Beatles, Stones and much more of the *true* greats of music have far more outrageous lyrics but they go under the rug because of how good their songs are, same goes for Oasis. Calling Liam Gallagher's voice characterless is an almost paradoxical statement. His voice is *so* unique that you cannot simply be indifferent towards it, you either like it or don't. Some see it as whiny, nasally tripe, which I understand, and others see it as a revival of a lost style that has shades of Lydon, Brown and Lennon, which I also understand. I understand how something making a lot of money doesn't necessarily connate it with quality, one has to wonder how many people will even remember a group like 'Imagine Dragons' in 30 years time despite how successful they currently are. But Oasis' albums have been consistently been making money for decades, you can't deny that kind of impact is not the result of some kind of quality. Whilst Wonderwall is overplayed, I don't think that's something you can blame the Gallaghers for. It's a short, earwormy number that was on an otherwise spotless album. It's not Oasis' fault that the public found that song to be their favourite. Imagine if the radio only played 'Obla-Di-Obla-Da'. Would that mean the white album was bad? The Beatles were bad? Don't think so.
@@jizzer9000 There's really no sense in arguing our opinions. We obviously differ. Oasis is one of those bands that became successful, with tons of air play. The songs that radio decided to play (and that the band and their management CHOSE to release as singles for that airplay) did absolutely nothing to attract me to delve deeper into their repertoire. In other words, the catalog of music from them has lead to my assessment that they didn't offer anything original to music. It was a lot of warmed over Beatle-esque music. I hear far more musicians referencing the Beatles as inspirations than Oasis. I honestly have never heard anyone claim that Oasis was a band that made them want to take up music as their career. There's absolutely no way that either of us can win the argument here. I'm not going to convince you that I'm right, and you're not going to change my opinion. Let's leave it at that. Cheers.
I don't have too many bands that I really really hate. In order for me to really hate a band, I need to be familiar with their music, and usually when I hear a few songs from a band and I don't like the songs, I just stop listening to them. I don't hate the bands, I just don't like their music. However, there are a few albums that I genuinely can't stand: St. Anger No Prayer for the Dying Super Collider Basically, really bad albums by bands that I Love.
Appetite For Destruction has zero filler, and is by far one of the greatest debut albums of all time, and beautifully backs up the high praise. Use Your Illusions 1, and 2 on the other hand.... Are loaded with filler, but each album has some classic tracks, enough to make one really good album.
UYI 2 is pretty solid, there aren't as many filler as I expected. It also contains longer songs that are absolutely worth listening: Civil War, Estranged, Locomotive are among my favourites by GNR
Motionless in White, Black Veil Brides, Bring Me the Horizon, In This Moment, and every band that is using the over trendy duel harsh/clean vocals.....well except Enslaved.
Just don't like mixed vocals. With a few exceptions. I'm a big Enslaved fan. I like Slipknot and used to be a big Fear Factory fan. My biggest issue is the formula. It's always growl through the verse, clean vocals through the chorus....every fucking song. Hate it.
Lol guess not. I mean if you found joy in them that's a good thing I'm not going to try and convince you they're shit or anything it's a good thing they brought you joy.
Spook E. who tf are you. Do you listen to modern pop or something. Why would parachutes make you want to rip your ears off. It's got elements of rock, punk and a slight piano.its not bad by any means, only a bit slow in places
I'm pretty cold on most pop music but metal bands I legitimately dislike are the following and why: Gorgoroth: a microcosm of everything I dislike about Black metal: the elitism, pretentiousness, lack of originality/creative stagnation, shitty fan base. In Flames: perfect example of selling out and betraying their OG fans. Limp Bizkit: do I need to say any more? But in short, 2 words: Fred Durst Five Finger Death Punch: one of the most insufferable bands ever conceived, a friend of mine gave them the best description; bargain bin Pantera. The music is so mediocre and all their songs are the same and follow the same lyrical content "I'm a badass" and that's it.
Holy shit, I opened my phone and this video started playing. He said Motorgrater right when the comments scrolled down and it went STRAIGHT to your comment! That was wild haha I haven’t heard of the band but he mentioned infant annihilator who is a local band I’ve played with a few times. So, I’m gonna look up Motor!
Bands I hate: Imagine Dragons Papa Roach Escape The Fate Chicago Blood on The Dance Floor Rascal Flatts Limp Bizkit Florida Georgia Line Cobra Starship Heavenly Smash Mouth
I'm veering off the metal sphere a little bit with this one, but I'll keep my list on the (very) small side and exclude single artists and majorities of certain genres (gospel/Christian rock and country, I'm looking directly at you.) In no particular order: - 5FDP. I actually agree with most of your points, but here's what I think. I actually used to love their shit back in middle school, and there are maybe like... 3 songs of theirs I actually kinda like, but come on. They're some of the biggest tryhards in metal. Ivan Moody would probably be smacking women through the door of his doublewide mobile home if it weren't for a musical career, honestly. Plus, the band as a whole really just has that "LOOK AT HOW BADASS WE ARE!" kinda mentality, and basically every emotion in their music is fake and forced as well. There's no passion when it comes to these sellouts. Five Finger Discount, let it be known that I feel ashamed for ever listening to your shit. - ICP. I'm gonna let the clown gimmick speak for these guys. I don't hate them nearly as much as I hate their fans, but because of that white trash counter culture they promoted, I feel like they deserve a spot on my list for sure. Their music is exactly what you'd expect to hear coming out of a run down Kentucky trailer park where the younger residents like rap music and hate black people at the same time, and that's not an exaggeration. They have the same wannabe tough guy attitude as Five Finger Discount, but the Juggalo/Juggalette community has that shit amped up twentyfold. - Journey. Maybe I will stop believing that there's a higher power out there, because you surely fucking killed them with that horrible fucking song. I always sloppily sing along with it, and change the lyrics to "MYYYYY EARS ARE BLEEEEEDING" because, well, it's not that hard to figure out.
Limp Bizkit Bullet For My Valentine Bring Me The Horizon Kid Rock Kings of Leon Pretty much all metalcore & deathcore Modern "R&B" (which is nothing like the original)
Im probably going to be hated, but i love FFDP. I love their sound, powerfull killer riffs, simple yet powerfull lyrics, their in-the-face attitude. It juste moves me. Yeah, their not the most technical band, still they are very good musicians, but i feel their music is real, and while some albums are clearly not that good and very generic (Got you 6, justice...), I enjoy everyone one or their song. It's like being in love. And btw, i listen to pretty all metal styles, from black, to tech death, to prog...
The way of the fist is A+ groove metal Up until Wrong side of heaven they were doing pretty good Whether we like them or not FFDP has the US Military behind them Haha
i admire how you can narrow down the bands you dislike i mean...theres so much shit out there and i don't mean to be an elitist i listen to some Pop stuff from time to time...actually there's plenty pretty good pop stuff out there....but all these pop-metal/metalcore (sound all the same) teeny-metal bands truly fuck me up.......
Kiss Cannibal Corpse The whole Deathcore genre Hootie and the Blowfish All Time Low Five Finger Death Punch (after like the 3rd album) Paramore Imagine Dragons
I hate any band that is overrated, had an annoying fanbase especially fangirls, and write lyrics about love and sex like it's the only thing they know about in life, sound generic and repetitive, mainstream, and members are rude and complete assholes to other bands or to their fans
Unfortunately, I can't relate entirely. I enjoy Sleeping with Sirens, and BVB is...okay. If we're talking about Blood On the Dance Floor, it had better be the Michael Jackson album because the band is trash.

Emmure and AJR are the only bands where I can’t think of a single redeeming quality to be honest.
Oh yeah BOTDF too. Forgot about them.
I don't think Emmure is that bad, but that's just my opinion.
Clbden775 I don’t know I’ve never been able to get into a single thing about them. Totally respect your opinion, but I just can’t do it.
Have you even heard Smokey?
Jonah Nutellord Try Smokey. It's earth-shattering heavy and doesn't have a lot of the cringy lyrics like most of their songs have. Right when the guitars and vox hit, it never fails to get my headbanging
Did you record this awhile ago? Because you talked about FFDP's new album as "it's going to come out in May" but it's already June.
The Once And Future King he recorded close to 20 videos in about one day a month ago
Why are you using your laptop mic
Edge King you must be new here
The Prime Sloth lol no I have been here for 3 years I think... it's not as metallic at least.
Edge King lol 3 years to finally ask that question? Lasted liger than most I guess. It's never really bothered me before personally.
The Prime Sloth It bothered me, but to be honest I like the content so I just moved past it... ckn is my favorite reviewer so I'll deal with his 80s demo tape audio
Edge King He’s trve kvlt
Deicide
Six Feet Under
Metalcore
Kid Rock
Deicide?
Why you hate deicide?
So you dislike most metal lol im guessing this guy likes only trash metal or beatdown
I’m so happy your posting more. Your easily one of my favorite RUclipsrs. Thanks for staying strong
I laughed so hard about the Africa “Toto” comment
Maybe because a certain band has covered it and milked it to death?
Nice profile pic
Agree on the point about about Fall Out Boy. Used to be pretty well done pop punk... And now it's a mess
@@CTheRevillusionS I used to like them up until the pheonix

Hollywood Undead
and Train
I actually used to think Train was a good band when I was younger, don't understand why. I still like Drops of Jupiter to be honest, but all of their material is so painfully cheesy. I don't know why exactly, but I find the lead singer to be incredibly creepy.
Holly Smyth His voice is annoying as hell too. (That's why I don't like them). The band is nothing special either.

I agree about Appetite for Destruction, but i listen to the Use Your Illusions very often
What I genuinely like is a new video from CKN every day on a different topic. :D
Imagine Dragons in the US is what Ed Sheeran is in Europe. Literally the same thing about it being everywhere.

I disagree with modern Hip-Hop, I think it's great. Even some of the trap stuff, although not lyrically great, is still really well produced.
Kompayaa But even then I think there are some gems in trap rap. Rodeo by Travis Scott and Culture by Migos are great albums.
Swan songs was good
"Ain't It Fun" is really just an anthem for everyone who makes it big in their hometown, moves to LA, and then realizes how impossible it is to get noticed in LA.
1. KISS
2. Five Finger Death Punch
3. Mötley Crüe
whats wrong with kiss? i can see why its not everones favourite band but what actually bad about kiss?
Man i agree with the slam bands and absolutely love infant annihilator did you know IA is in the process of writing another album?
Piss to a boil. There’s an image.
I wish I could thumb this up a thousands times for the inclusion of Imagine Dragons. They have to be one of the worst bands that ever existed.
Dude I love your channel. If you upgraded your Audio equipment I believe your channel would grow exponentially.
Fallout boy
Imagine Dragons
21 Pilots
Guns n Roses
Walk the Moon or whatever they're called
Bubba Mike I agree
The other ones I definitely understand but Walk the Moon is just pure FUN!!
I'd say twenty one pilots is different. Yes nowadays I'm not the biggest fan of their style. But their earlier albums were able connect strongly to certain people by the lyrics Tyler wrote. The concerts were wonderful and their style was pretty good.
Now though, their music is become generic. Their fans are terrible. I still continue to support them but I don't find myself a part of their fanbase.
If you haven't already, I can recommend checking out the Danish band Møl with the album Jord (blackened shoegaze). Coming from Denmark I'd like to see them get some exposure :)
Bands I dislike :
1Nickelback

4Falling in Reverse
5Imagine Dragons
Improve your audio, please. You can record video in 320p if you want, but the audio has to be better.
Mumble rap is by far the worst creation on earth. It's the epitome of zero talent
Katalepsy is the best slam band.
Imagine Dragons
Nickelback
Creed
Limp Bizkit
Puddle Of Mudd
Kiss
Simple Plan
Good Charlotte
Hinder
I’m sure there is more, but that’s all I can think of right now
Do you dislike Kiss because of their music or the image/marketing etc?
About the Male/Female Vocals on Evanescence's "Bring Me To Life":
The Band did not want to have a Rap verse, or a Feature in that Song.
When you're a massive Evanescence fan and you somehow didn't know that. Ah well, I still love the song, even with it's now meme-like status.
Kaelan McAlpine
It has a beautiful sound.
However the shottily thrown-in Rap Verses tend to ruin it a little, unfortunately.
Also I found that information in an interview with Amy Lee.
I'll find it and post it in a separate reply. ~
Kaelan McAlpine
Here it is:
ruclips.net/video/0ttBi9w7iSk/видео.html
I think there's a longer version of it somewhere on RUclips.
I'm an Evanescence fan now, and that was the first song I heard by them. It was pretty upsetting to find out that Amy Lee being the amazing talent that she is had to put up with that level of sexism. I still love the song, but the rap part detracts from the song for me, and Fallen has stronger tracks.
Here are the bands I can't stand:
Attila
Asking Alexandria
FFDP
BMTH
Suicide Silence
Falling In Reverse
Attack Attack
Limp Bizkit (Fred Durst)
BOTDF
Emmure
Shit I love all those bands (except botdf)
Love your energy and honesty! My top Hated bands - FFDP, Disturbed & Volbeat! Absolutely hate country music. Simple people simple thinking! I love you stated several country music artists and knew zero! Keep up the good work!

Bring Me The Horizon
Nickelback
Imagine Dragons
Dragonforce
ANY indie hipster crap.
Oasis
Coldplay
U2 anything after Zooropa (Yes, that includes Achtung Baby)
Anything Chris Cornell was in after Soundgarden
Yngwie Malmsteen.
Cheers.
Infant annihilator is slam.
Lol, they are brutal Deathcore
I don't have too many bands that I really really hate. In order for me to really hate a band, I need to be familiar with their music, and usually when I hear a few songs from a band and I don't like the songs, I just stop listening to them. I don't hate the bands, I just don't like their music.
However, there are a few albums that I genuinely can't stand:
St. Anger
No Prayer for the Dying
Super Collider
Basically, really bad albums by bands that I Love.
Coverkiller man you're great, I'm glad I subscribed to you, great video, death to imagine dragons
Your content is great but please man consider getting some decent audio equipment.
I cannot agree with you more on GNR I really like some of their songs but the rest are pure fillers they have no substance!
Appetite For Destruction has zero filler, and is by far one of the greatest debut albums of all time, and beautifully backs up the high praise. Use Your Illusions 1, and 2 on the other hand.... Are loaded with filler, but each album has some classic tracks, enough to make one really good album.
VideoGameMetal01 yeah Appetite is fine but I mean rest of their albums are just hard to listen to as a whole
Helmut Ha
It took a while to get into UYI 1 and 2, but if you're really give each track a few chances and some good listens, they grow on ya.
Helmut Ha filler lol
UYI 2 is pretty solid, there aren't as many filler as I expected. It also contains longer songs that are absolutely worth listening: Civil War, Estranged, Locomotive are among my favourites by GNR
Can someone please make a time stamp list for every band mentioned?
Motionless in White, Black Veil Brides, Bring Me the Horizon, In This Moment, and every band that is using the over trendy duel harsh/clean vocals.....well except Enslaved.
Baltzeg The duel harsh/clean vocals can be awesome if done correctly though
Baltzeg “Good cop/bad cop” vocals
Just don't like mixed vocals. With a few exceptions. I'm a big Enslaved fan. I like Slipknot and used to be a big Fear Factory fan. My biggest issue is the formula. It's always growl through the verse, clean vocals through the chorus....every fucking song. Hate it.
Majority of pop, Asking alexandria, Black Veil Brides, Sleeping with sirens, metalcore in general tbh.
TheBassChannel There's good metalcore bands though

Spook E. who tf are you. Do you listen to modern pop or something. Why would parachutes make you want to rip your ears off. It's got elements of rock, punk and a slight piano.its not bad by any means, only a bit slow in places
I'm pretty cold on most pop music but metal bands I legitimately dislike are the following and why:
Gorgoroth: a microcosm of everything I dislike about Black metal: the elitism, pretentiousness, lack of originality/creative stagnation, shitty fan base.
In Flames: perfect example of selling out and betraying their OG fans.
Limp Bizkit: do I need to say any more? But in short, 2 words: Fred Durst
Five Finger Death Punch: one of the most insufferable bands ever conceived, a friend of mine gave them the best description; bargain bin Pantera. The music is so mediocre and all their songs are the same and follow the same lyrical content "I'm a badass" and that's it.
Freddie durst is nice!

I'm veering off the metal sphere a little bit with this one, but I'll keep my list on the (very) small side and exclude single artists and majorities of certain genres (gospel/Christian rock and country, I'm looking directly at you.)
In no particular order:
- 5FDP.
