This has been an issue almost from day one with my refrigerator. I purchased this at Costco and they seem to be happy to back this product, but I'm at the point where I will probably end up by taking this back for a different model. I do exactly as shown here and then test it and it gives me about 2 ounces. At one point it started giving me more, so I left it there. I then had problems with my icemaker and had a repairman replace that. Now it works fine. But the water dispenser is terrible. I don't know what to do. Is there a reset? Maybe a reboot. I like the rest of the refrigerator but this just will not do.
My calibration doesn’t work either. My water pressure is pretty low in the fridge and when I calibrate for 1 cup, I get only a couple ounces. I wish we could find a fix
@@Leonid73 I found that the reason my device was not working properly is because the valve on the wall of the home was not feeding the water to the refrigerator at full force. I move the refrigerator out of the way and checked the valve now the flow is much better and the calibration works great.
For me, my measured fill option is kind of broken... It shows that it is off, but it still goes on as if it is turned on... what should i do to fix this?
Huh...so I guess I am the only person who wants this to fill a typical drinking glass. If I need exactly a cup of water, I own multiple measuring cups to do that. To put a glass on the shelf, tell it to "fill me up," finish putting my dinner on my plate, then grab my full glass of water on my way out of the kitchen...genius!

Water dispenser worked fine until I change the filter and now I can't get a few drinks of water 😢. The icemaker work fine. Please help

I thought I'd trick it by filling up a 32oz container - still only 2oz when I request 8oz.

How do I disable the measured fill? I keep activating it when I wipe off the fridge and I don't need nor want that feature.
