My mother ALWAYS made Homemade FLOUR tortillas 4her enchiladas. I'm 70 & still prefer them over corn tortilla enchiladas. So tired of people telling U "NO THATS NOT RIGHT!" RELAX 2EACH HIS OWN!! 👌🏾💯
I made these came out good easier than making chicken enchiladas less to do.Thank you for that my daughter and Grandchild loved them God Bless you.

I usually put onions in my meat mixture while cooking and maybe a chopped jalapeno, then roll some cheese up with the meat in the tortilla.
