@@5daydreams he refers to the original ps1 version. Because nowadays the only legal way to play this game is by its mobile port based on the psp remaster (war of the lions), where most of the sfx are screw3d up because SquareEnix s#cks at remastering or making games in general
What platform were you playing this on? All the magic animations are smooth, unlike the PSP twotl version. When you use a magic spell, the game seems to lose frame rate (twotl).
@@Velius99 Lol! I only played the PS1 version when I was a kid, about 15 years ago. It was actually my friends, and the disc had a really mean scratch on it. I want to say it wouldn't let us play past chapter 3 or 4. We just ended up never playing it again, until the PSP version came out. I ended up playing that whole version and beating it but even after all those years, I did notice something was a little off about the PSP version. Haha, the more ya know. a Anyways, nice vid! 👍

@@gameoverdude2249 it was a long time ago for me. But I used Psp custom firmware 6.61. Google and RUclips that along with typing the "slowdown patch" and you should be fine. I believe you can permanently "flash" your psp or you can just turn it on everytime you start up the system. It only takes a few seconds each time you play. This was for a PSP3000. I assume it would be a similar process for the versions
I think we only saw these awesome quotes in the ps1 version... I also have the psp and android versions. They introduced cool cutscenes, but dumbed down the game.
