While Kittelberger FS isn't the best I have seen. If you recall she did a 15 min AMRAP before she did a strength workout on FS. That honestly played a pretty big roll into how well she squatted that day. Kittelberger has a weak VMO! If you don't know what that is you aren't a strength coach and really don't have any place in commenting on her technique to begin with. I would say Kittelberger needs greater emphasis on her posterior chain development. RDL's and Good Mornings would help her.
My friend I completely agree with you and I have nothing against "bad" form at competition or when pushing your limits, but she was making the same mistake from the time she begun. I believe its more of a misconception about squat form than pushing her limits.
There's plenty of youtube videos of proper form being displayed in all exercises. Just because she's going to competition (that promotes bad form. yay crossfit!) doesn't validate that the form on all of these exercises is... well..l awful. That OHP looks like a one-way ticket to snap city.
