Yeah ive recently gotten up to the point of using those 45lb plates on the shoulder presses . its a good feeling. but .. lol..2 plates a side would be better wouldnt it.
my gf just did a set last night at the gym....she calls em 21-15-9's. 21 straight pushpresses with 95 lbs, then 21 chinups....straight to 15 pp's then 15 chins. then she went UP to 135 lbs for her 3rd set and did 9 straight, then 9 chins. whammo. i need to videotape her doing it next time.
