Awesome rig. Did you get any CV angle problems with 2.5 inch lift? Did you had to add a diff drop kit with that much lift?
I am lifting my 2020 Tundra and planning on running 295/70r18s. Would like to know your take on cv and diff drop with 2.5 inch lift. Thanks
Looks awesome, I’m going to run the same wheels on my 21 LunaRock. But I want to run the same size tire. I know nobody worries about gas mileage. But I want to know gas mileage and how much noticeable power difference from stock tires? Thanks.

How are the K02 in wet weather? I live in the rainy NE. Snow also. Thinking K02 or AT4. I think AT4 is more true to size and will force CMC. Can’t do that in my state due to inspection. Thanks!

Atta boye Eddie! I took my Falkens off road last weekend and they just soak up everything at low pressure. Make sure you look into a high CFM air compressor!

Sweet build! Not enough quality tundra content out there, but this was great! Short sweet and to the point with some great info and quality camera work and some great point of views. Also helped me not freak out too much about offset bc thats something I've been wondering. If you had to run 18 or even 0 in order to not get any rubbing. Then again, mines a 2nd gen so we'll see. I'd also love a Grey shirt in Medium!
Tried to find your skid plate video. What skid plate(s) did you end up using? Did this resolve the rubbing?

Super informative video. My setup is quite similar (lift, wheel width and offset) I am running 295/70r18 though. I am like 1/4" close to the body mount going to full lock. I want to go to 35s. What is the tightest spot between the tire and the body mount with your KO2's?

Thank you! The gearing is stock on the tundra, which i'm fine with for the time being. The power performance feels about the same to me (this 5.7L v8 engine is a beast!)

Yo Edward, I noticed you stated you needed another skid plate!
🤔 Instead of spending more coin, can you simply cut away some of the profile of the current skid, in order to relief for the tire rub?

Congrats to both of you for the upcoming ball of joy. Please tell with the advent of the 35inch tires how much did it affect power when taking off from a stop, accelerating and at highway speeds & does it stay in 6th gear or does it keep kicking back down at the slightest hill? I would be very interested in knowing before I try putting larger tires as right now I think I will only go up to 34's or around that. There is a 285/75r18 size that is 35 and is narrower that I think would fit my TRD PRO without me having to do a Body Mount Chop but I'd still like to know what the effect of the larger diameter tires and weight on my Tundra. I already know it will kill the Gas Mileage.
Dale Phillips it depends on the tire brand as well. The bfg’s are heavier tires compared to other 35’s, and I’ve lost about .5 to 1 mpg. Definitely won’t stay in 6th uphill unless if I’m already going fast, but even then it still needs the lower gearing

Any updates on the skid plates? Which brand did you purchase. I have the same set up (+25mm offset and BFG 35x12.50s). Same skid plate rubbing.

Nice true 35inch tires and better choice of BF Goodrich AT. You will love the BFG tires. I have them on my truck and they last forever with great on snow and ice. You will never buy another brand of tires after this set. White or blue please on the shirt they look great. Size x-large please.

I think it is the KO2s. They are really about 34.5" and that half inch is just enough to miss it. Also, I think +25 to 0 offset is about a much as the Tundra can tolerate without rubbing the frame.
