25yr old farmer !! OMG I have been watching you for years from the young lad spending hours in a skid stear clearing up the farm to the married young man who is now running the farm ( with the family )
So proud and god bless
did they marry, did I miss the announcement?
@@m.f.8896 his bride posted it on her channel. 😉
You inspire me, Cole!! High school kids should have your youtube channel in their curriculum, they would learn a lot about hard work, planning, finance, etc.
Inspirational is the perfect description for this farming family. In a world where we watch these 'fly by night' celebrities that are only interested in boring narcissistic reality TV shows that provide zero life skills to our younger generation. The Cornstar family are a real world demonstration of where hard work & dedication can get you & any youngsters watching this couldn't ask for better role models to learn to live productive happy lives. 😊
I don't know how many years I have been watching this show but y'all have done a lot of work on the farm.
Cole you and Nave have started a family. So much more than just a farm now.
@Ronny Dowdy, I asked Cole if Nave was pregnant 🤰 but never got a reply 😐. Apparently, you got confirmation that many of the rest of his Subscribers did not.
I don't understand why Cole would not share that information unless it's because they are not married??
@@grettagirl2884 They got married recently, there's a video about it.
It doesn't matter if you are married in these modern times or not, what's important is a stable, happy relationship & 2 people that are destined to be good, caring, loving parents, a child couldn't wish for a better family & that's an obvious fact. 😊
@@leddielive I thought it mattered to them, that's all.
@@st3218 I get notifications all the time when Cole posts a video & never saw one for that. Where is this video you said there was?
Many people have put so much effort into transforming so many different aspects of the farm: demolition, trash cleanup, ground cleanup (trees, underbrush), new storage bins, improved bin loading and unloading including automation, new driveways, shop cleanup and reorganization improving efficiency and safety, shop insulation project, direct connectivity between two shop areas, etc. And then there is the house! Wow. Cole has spoken many times about these projects and efforts and how they can and absolutely will positively impact the operation of the farm. It is important to bear in mind that a farm is a business and should be operated as such: it is not a garden on steroids. Consider painting yellow stripes on shop floor areas to mark "safe-walking-no-stuff-here-zones". Keep up the great work and stay safe.
Hi Cole. Bins Empty, the Planters are being prepped, Seed is in house, I think the Farm is ready to go !! April is starting off with a BANG !! Happy Tuesday from Montreal.
Cornstar Farms has come a long way since I started watching the channel....It's been a great watch....Keep on keeping on!!!
... and when you've kept on, keep on keeping on some more! 😄
I’m so happy to watch your videos. 42 yrs old here and still take inspiration love seeing your updates on the farm. As small as it may seem there’s many of us just getting started with stuff you’ve been doing your whole adult life and not documenting. Thanks man and god bless you and the family for documenting and sharing your experiences. It makes seeming the insignificant difference to us normal folk.
My husband bought a new Cornstar Farms sweatshirt for me for our 24th Anniversary! I will wear it with pride. It represents the hard work and dedication of another committed, rural family. We live in Wyoming and I've been watching your channel for years! So wonderful to see you grow Cole, and thank you for teaching me so much about where that little canister of Corn Meal may have come from in my pantry. 😊 Keep up the good HARD work!
Looks great. To have the grain site clean and (greased) ready for next year is gotta be a great feeling. It's good to see the changes taking place.
I'm pretty sure Cole knows they DeWalt makes a cutter attachment for the impact/drill...(DWASHRIR). I've put enough metal roofs to know that a power cutter is a life saver. I'm happy to see the shop finally getting buttoned up.
With all the storms in the central part of the country I've been praying you all are ok.
Glad you all are safe from the storms, OMG, what a crazy Spring....you and your family have done so much to the farm, especially your years+ junk cleanup. What a difference. Now for the HOUSE? Nava needs more than 2 rooms.....best of luck kids!!! Love Daddy Corn Star Tooooo
and Cooper and his sweet pup.....he's a hard worker too!!
Smart move to put the door in for a shortcut.
I guess this means when you go for a run you'll be able to run a little bit farther since you saved some steps while working.
Thanks Cole for taking us along.
The shop is looking great, I like the idea of having a back door, it makes a lot of sense. Always remember the shortest distance from point to point B is straight. No detours needed. Big thumbs up to everyone. I enjoyed watching the video
Hi Cornstars! My family loves your videos. My father and I watched every single
One and he would tell me about growing up on their family farm in killduff iowa. My father passed away very unexpectedly Monday so I guess I’ll be watching on my own and remembering the stories. Thank you for just being your family.
So sorry for your loss. May your good memories help thru the difficult times.
The shed looks nice and the bin cleanup working well hope Sable can come see the work.
Cole you know we all love you and your family, please you two hands to go up those ladders, we don’t need to see you go up the ladder. Your shed looks fantastic. Always fun to see Copper and his pup. Great video keep them coming
The white walls look awesome! The door is a great idea and congrats on getting the bins cleaned out 3 months sooner. Y’all are doing a great job!
It's looking great! Always a good thing to have a second exit. Before I was ever born one of my aunts lost a son in a garage fire. One of those old garages with only one exit. Tragic.
I thought that corn would NEVER leave! 😀
Corn syrup😂🎉
The new tin lining & new lighting has literally transformed that old building into a warm, bright, welcoming working space that any mechanic would be more than happy to spin his spanners in, a remarkable job Cornstars, a job well done. 👍
With all the storms I'm seeing on the weather channel I hope you guys are staying safe back there. 🙏
Definitely....
The world has always had alot of storms. Stop being fooled.
Cudos2u Justin for being such a craftsman and working with the Cornstar 's family .
Been thinking about the Cornstars and snow and tornadoes. So glad you seem to have come thru ok. Things are looking good in the shop.
Cole I know your almost done with the tin in this shop, but dewalt makes a tin snip adapter for their drills that works great. A lot easier than cutting by hand lol
Like a well oiled machine! You Brothers work smoothly together.
I can just smell the inside of those bins. Just a fond memory of my grandparents' farm in Osage.
Garage looks good! Not to shabby for a couple farmers and a good carpenter. Be proud of that.
Hi Cole, congrats on the wedding!! Wishing you and Nave all the best! I just ordered my first batch of AG1. Thank you for the discount! As always y'all stay safe. Lots of love to the fam, Rob
Hope y’all are safe from the tornadoes and storms tonight! Watching Ryan hall y’all weather channel on RUclips! He’s awesome! He showed your town for bad storms!
Your bin storage should outlast supply this year, hope you wait and get the price you can. The cleanup and upgrades have given you all a new farm. Thanks
Hard working man, beautiful familly.
God bles.
That the spirit I like to see on a farm.
Just been browsing through the comments & read that Nave is pregnant? If so that's fantastic news Cole, look after that girl, she obviously loves you & the pair of you make each other better people. I also understand that some things are personal & I apologise for infringing on your privacy, I'm just pleased as punch for you both, that news has really made my day. 😊
@nickyl8980 first babies can come anytime after the wedding after that it takes nine months. ( old farm joke) As a very vigorous baby who came 7months after the wedding I can confirm.
Looking good! So much brighter. You can see inside.
Congratulations on completing this project. What a difference
I am waiting to see and hear about the heating system you installed. I know there are many of similar systems around and everyone is happy with them.
Wow, everything looks great!! Take care, be safe in all the Spring storms! Hugs to Nave!💕🙏💕
Keep that shed looking new. It looks so nice..and huge!!
Congrats on getting all the siding done.
Thanks for showing more of the sheet metal installation inside the shop. It looks so much better than seeing the spray foamed walls.
Wow so glad y’all got the shed in shape it’s going to be a awesome place to get your work completed and I know I heard you say six sigma looking good
3:08 Pro Tip : Always cut with the line on the outside of the blade , allow the Wide Side of the saw plate to sit on stable side of cut not on the drop 😊
Only place I can come to and see 3 men cleaning up at the same time! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Everything's ship-shape, Cole. Big difference from a few years ago. 👍🏻
I never knew that farmers had to be mathematicians and vehicle mechanics. It seems you spend more time working on tractors and such than planting and harvesting. I still love watching all of you. Cole is my hero, love his organization skills. Never get tired of learning better ways to make life easier! Neva is a lucky women!
Congratulations on getting so much accomplished! Great vedio !
Hard working family and friends. God bless and keep you all.
Awesome video Cole and family. thank you
Justin needs to get him self a nibbler and power snips pretty amazing tools for corrugated metal for pole barns and what not
Impressed with your strength young man (and full movements). Pro Tip - keep your head looking up a bit while squatting, it takes pressure off your back and decreases the risk of injury.
I love the intro. Reminds me of the old days.
The addition of another door is a safety issue as well. I would have put a third door in just to have an escape route in the event of a fire or explosion.
I figured the door is also a second exit in case of fire or some other emergency. Looks good 👍👍
Cole, have you thought about painting the galvanized lower parts of the bin system so as to prevent rusting? 😀
Keeping them clean is the easiest way 😉
Love watching your channel and have been now for years! Those bins are so huge and glad you got the corn sold and the stuff all cleaned up.........looks wonderful and it is so fulfilling. God bless and take good care of all!
Genius use of a leaf blower!
You are an amazing young man. My husband farmed with his father and uncle. Proud to see you carry on tradition.
Make sure you put the spiral baffles inside the tube heater pipe
Cole you should look at getting one of these 20v Dewalt pressure washer. Would really come in handy cleaning those conveyors.
For weightlifting look up Jeff Nippard and/or progressive overload. Start out light and do a set, then add weight until you can't. Better for you so that you get more reps in and ensures you don't over-exert yourself on first set.
Something that would help with your efficiency of getting things cleaned up faster is a backpack blower. You would be amazed how much stuff you can move with it. It probably blows twice the amount of air then that Dewalt
I am praying you are nowhere near the Tornadoes today.
Cole, looks like the storm may be up your way, so I hope you will be ok and others in the area.
If you leave the speed square on the board, you can use it as a fence. Shop looks really good. Have you ever tried cutting the sheet metal with a circular saw? It works really nice on panels.
Cole, get an evolution blade for your chop saw. No more sparks, cuts like butter, and won't trip the braker.
Boy! It's all looking great! Corn Star Family effort really pays off. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing with us. God bless!
So when you are going to pull the floors and start sonaring/bore drilling to find out the integrity of the the concrete.
@21:30 Need to purchase a tile floor scraper to clean the concrete - as flat and strong as you need and larger in size.
Nice piece, thanks.
Next time make up a couple of T posts and use one on the lift floor You can wedge that in. You can do the same on the scaffle or have it shorter and lay a board on it crossboard. lever up with a shorter box beam like a seesaw effect. Easier to push down than to hold up. Big duckbills work better to cut or an air shear for straights.
The building is looking great after your labours, bright white and well lit. It is almost like a large operating theatre, except for the floor! As for the waste corn, is there no way that can be used for anything? It always makes me unhappy to see product like that spilled and likely dumped, I would expect that it could still be fermented to make something, but is the volume still not enough to be worthwhile?
I was wondering what was done with all the spilled corn. Good to see it gets composted. Your family always inspires and amazes. Good job everyone. Happy Easter!
Did you ever scribe the long cuts and nip the starter cuts on each end and snap it no tin snips going the length of the tin
I've always used a circular saw to cut tin.
Electric Steel Shears or nibblers could save alot of hand work if you are constantly cutting Roofing and Siding
The green drink reminds me of Soylent Green .......
Looking good. Great idea putting in the rear door.
Love this show! Fine people never want to miss a video😊
A very satisfying video, thank you so much. You seem to have planned really well and thought of everything you may need in the future, to get the very best out of your newly tinned workshop. The extremes of temperature are hard to understand unless you’d visited your state in both hot and cold seasons. I wouldn’t have thought it possible to work in either temperature extreme, but work you do and I admire that so much.
Good job on cleaning up the
grain set up. You'll like the
second door.
Shop is looking awesome and nice to have it close to done as everything else equipment wise is ready to go.
I know folks have been preaching about squats…you know what your doing, but I did them for years and pay the price. I went down to parallel head up, good form blah blah. When I got to college ball the weight coach eliminated squats and replaced with Hip Sled. Allows to work the legs (positive and negatives) plus provides great platform for calf work…can slow roll it or work on explosive as well…and takes all pressure off the back. Cooper can weld ya up one and slap you some pads on it. Just a thought. You get no positive back work on squats and what your feeling is low back strain..not a pump. Ya wanna work back then do t-bar rows.
Not preaching…just suggesting. Squats compress the discs (cervical, thoracic and Lumbar) all while spine is arched. Not Good…
Just threw up 20' panels onto a 6 pitch barn roof with a couple ah 12' ate ladders lol I need a lift like ya'll
The building looks great! ❤😊
How is the clean-up going at y’r Uncle Orlan’s? Any salvageable things or materials from the yard site? Give us a tour.
Looks great!!! Hope you all are safe after the storms of the last few days went through the midwest.
beautiful silos
Great video I'm glad you almost got yourself all done now I just need to get mine done. Lol I sure like watching your dad he's very motivated
This was a great video. Your farm is getting better and better. The white tin looks fantastic. It's so bright in there.
On my 2nd bag of AG1--I've noticed big differences in my everyday routine. Good stuff--taste is not too bad either.
Good night Cole and family.
Justin , you helped save the day!!!
Dang, that corn is soo dusty! I only thought our high winds of 50mph sustained and 67mph gusts with absolutely brown skies all day was bad! Here in West Texas we always say….There goes Eastern New Mexico blowing by!!! High wind warnings for tall vehicles. Ummm…….There are more huge tall pickups and SUV’S here than just about anywhere I know. We had a full cement truck blow over from wind on the freeway losing the entire load on the highway. It was open again by 4pm rush hour. Welcome to Texas! 😂
How are u from the storms last week and now! We are from Vinton area, but live out of state. Hope things aren’t too bad!
The shed looks sooo much bigger!! And amazing! Great job.
The building looks fabulous
Well done. Loads of work accomplished.
GLOVES!!!!! I know I can't be the only one screaming it in my head.
Cole Thanks to the whole family! Great video.
Awesome day
