European specs are always a bit less but for the US market it is indeed 382 HP. I think this has to do with different filters due regulations ~DrivingViews

Sorry for the late response, but from my knowledge german engineers tend to under value the car on paper then in reality. Like you said most cars are more powerful then advertised.

@@DrivingViews maybe the 0-100 but they just cant put wrong numbers a lot of taxes are calculated on hp and kw
