No it's not it doesn't fit at all. The previous scene had a tense buildup before the reveal and explosion. In this one the music is bombastic when it should be building suspense.
Fun fact: Armin's colossal titan is much taller, though deaf... The absences of the ears hints it but for those who dont know. The titan form takes the personality of the shifter, in Armin's case he doesn't wanna hear the screams of those he kills, hence the absences of his ears during titan form. Which is exactly why he got bodied by eren during the colossal 1v1
the theme shouldn't be so upbeat imo. a lot of people forget that this man slaughtered over 30,000 people (going off of piek's dialogue) hell it's shown that he also murdered many innocents and children. It's an emotional scene because we are seeing such a gentle character resort to violence out of desperation.
I personally don't think this theme is upbeat, just because there are drums keeping the tempo up. The first time they used this track, it was shown in one of the most impactful scenes in AoT, using it there didn't ruin the momentum of that scene either. I think 0:48 onwards matches the music and scene perfectly, with the desperate and sad ost and the incredibly tragic screenplay. I get where you are coming from though
even tho Armin's already killed many (bc of his titan) but not only as Titan, after all this shit going, his mental breakdown and pressure to solve the problems, save his friends and try to stop Eren, i appreciate how gentle this character is, he only became titan when was extremely necessary, he always tries to go in a way that can make less damage as possible, till this point we couldn't judge any of them for loosing their humanity completly, yet Armin's maintain that till the end, his such an underrated character, i love him so much, his inteligence and plans saved them many times!!

Here's the thing: At that point we don't exactly know what's going on. To us it seems like this was a preventative strike planned from Paradis to weaken Marley's forces. Also this is the first time we see Levi squad after the time skip, now all adult soldiers seemingly fighting for their freedom and its also the first time we see Armin transforming into his titan. So at this point it's supposed to be a badass moment, especially because it's Armin who is blasting away entire fleets in an instant. It's only after we see Armin's realization and the view of the aftermath and victims caused by his attack and with the context that Eren blackmailed them into helping him attack Marley against their will, that the cruelty of the act really sets in. So IMO the music does fit, atleast in that specific moment

Whoever thinks they should've used this then an absolute no. even wit studio timed the usage of this ost which was during transformation and when there were no dialogues, u can clearly see people were talking, in season 2 they were were all flabbergasted to speak anything by betrayal of reiner so it was perfect moment for them to use "you see big girl,l"

I suspect the "nuke transformation" wasn't a thing planned from the very start. The first time Bertoldt transforms and attacks the wall, there's only the yellow flash of light. He has to kick the wall open. The second time he transforms is when Eren is standing on top of the wall thinking to himself that things are finally starting to look hopeful for humanity. There's only steam coming out. Bertolt still wanted to kill the people on the wall so he wasn't holding back his nuke transformation or anything. This ability is only introduced later, after it's revealed who the Colossal Titan is.
Maybe you’re right in that it wasn’t an ability planned from the start, but it’s in line with the restrictions other titans have, having one primary ability that’s seperate from their base form, take the Female Titans hardening for example. No other abilities just hardening. What does the colossal have? It needed something to make it more imposing, so it got a literal nuke.
@Communist Crusader I think they mention that Bertholdt is the most skilled at shifting. I mean it's not much but he places 3rd when they graduated from cadets. And even Reiner speaks highly of Bertholdt's abilities, it's just that Bertholdt isn't 100% into the "murder everyone" gig.

I suspect the "nuke transformation" wasn't a thing planned from the very start. The first time Bertoldt transforms and attacks the wall, there's only the yellow flash of light. He has to kick the wall open. The second time he transforms is when Eren is standing on top of the wall thinking to himself that things are finally starting to look hopeful for humanity. There's only steam coming out. Bertolt still wanted to kill the people on the wall so he wasn't holding back his nuke transformation or anything. This ability is only introduced later, after it's revealed who the Colossal Titan is.

Maybe you’re right in that it wasn’t an ability planned from the start, but it’s in line with the restrictions other titans have, having one primary ability that’s seperate from their base form, take the Female Titans hardening for example. No other abilities just hardening. What does the colossal have? It needed something to make it more imposing, so it got a literal nuke.
@Communist Crusader I think they mention that Bertholdt is the most skilled at shifting. I mean it's not much but he places 3rd when they graduated from cadets. And even Reiner speaks highly of Bertholdt's abilities, it's just that Bertholdt isn't 100% into the "murder everyone" gig.
El Retumbar se hubiera podido evitado, y todo por qué Armin no sé transformó en Titan en medio de la ciudad, así todos los altos mando de Marley morirían incluyendo a más del 90% de los soldado de Marley que estaban presente en ese evento, así ya no hubiera más guerras, y los demás países se salvarían pero no, Armin solo destruyó la base naval como si con eso ya no habría guerras, era obvio marley iba a contra atacar y entre más rápido el ataque mejor por que paradyse no sé lo esperaría ya que piensa que Marley no se podrá recuperar hasta dentro de unos años y así mismo paso, contra atacaron de inmediato por qué todos los soldados de Marley quedaron vivos, pero Armin y Mikasa y los demás son traidores, siempre estuvieron de lado del enemigo, aún así eso no evitó que el Dios Eren llevará acabo el Retumbar 😈🔥🔥🔥

De hecho xd en la serie explican que Armin no lo hizo por que quiso si no que Eren sabia que lo que hiba a hacer iniciaria una batalla en liberio aso que para que no lleguaran refuerzos ala batalla le pidieron a Armin destruir todo el puerto con su titan de hecho hay una frase de porco que dice
