I remember the part where he was so exhausted he was almost unable to fly. And then kept flying for the rest of the episode and then fully transformed and kept flying through a rock storm. I guess Isayama forgot about having finite amounts of things in the end

Also injecting random spinal fluid also doesnt give them extra powers, they have to actually consume the user. If Mikasa hadn’t killed Eren, which put an end to all of the titans in the world and stripped all of the Titan Shifters of their powers, maybe Falco could have been the first Tenth Titan Shifter, the Winged Titan.
