That information is provided in the Owner's Manual. It's a pretty basic set up including On/Off, heat control, heat boost, eco mode, timer, brightness and color themes 🔥

You are correct! This is an electric fireplace so it is not a real flame. However, compared to other electric fireplaces on the market today the Dimplex patented flame technology is the best there is. Not everyone likes the look of electric fireplaces but one of the benefits of having an electric fireplace is that you have the option of using it without heat so that way you are able to use it year round. If you prefer the look of a real flame then you will be best suited purchasing a gas or wood burning fireplace.
