Hey! No problem, we found them by chance and thought it would be useful to save time for other travellers - glad I could help! Florence is amazing isn't it?
Oh my gosh... there aren't words. It was my first international trip, and I am going back there next week. Originally, it was a "once in a lifetime" trip, but now, I have the bug! :)
I'm really glad you liked it, we have been a few times now and still can't get enough of the place, it's superb! Travelling is an addiction once you start.
Thank you for this. I will be going in March and will be staying in a hotel one street over from the station. I can see from Google Earth there is construction going on. I have to go North, so I think the tunnel I need is the one that goes in the Piazza Indipendenza direction. Both of us have mobility problems so this is very helpful.
Thanks so much for this! Question, is this tunnel open 24/7 or does it happen to have opening/closing times for whatever reason? I am arriving in Florence around 9:30pm and am wondering if this would still be an option for me
No problem! I believe it is open around that time as the trains won't finish until late. We have caught trains and buses very early in the morning too with no problems so you should be fine - enjoy Florence!
thank you very much for the video. It was helpful especially from the SMN underground train station route.
Excellent guide for me that will be traveling by train from Rome and staying in a hotel in front of the Dome! You just showed my route! Thanks
Fantastic - happy to help! Enjoy your stay in Florence!
Very interesting! When I was there 2 years ago, we took streets from SMN to the Duomo. I didn't know there were tunnels. Thanks!

Love it. We were there last year and wish we knew about those tunnels.
Glad to be of help! So much easier for when you return to beautiful Florence.

My city
Next time could you linger on the street signs?
If it means that I get to go back to Florence - sure!
